    We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Platform Engineer to join the core team of a high-scale, mission-critical platform.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain On-Prem and Cloud-based infrastructure.
    • Running and optimizing multi environment infrastructure (development, staging, production) with clear operational processes.

    • Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale.

    • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

    • Support microservices built.

    • Implement security best practices.

    • Monitoring, logging, and alerting.

    • Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience.
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud services, and application layers.

    • Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle.

     

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps & Platform experience.

    • Strong experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM)

    • Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm

    • Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments

    • Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines

    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools

    • Experience working on mission-critical systems (payments, fintech, banking, gaming or similar)

    • Ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems under pressure

     

    Nice to Have

    • Experience leading complex infrastructure projects (e.g. migration from one cloud provider to another).
