We are looking for a Country / Operations Manager to lead our Tbilisi location, which combines:
- IVF Georgia clinic operations

This role has full responsibility for operations, team management, financial performance, and compliance at the location.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end operational management of the clinic and production site
- Leadership of local managers and key staff
- Budget control, cost efficiency, and participation in P&L planning
- Coordination with the Medical Director and international teams
- Oversight of logistics, resources, and operational processes
- Ensuring compliance with local legislation, SOPs, and quality standards
- Regular reporting and collaboration with HQ
Candidate Profile
- Experience in operations / country / site management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Solid financial understanding (budget & P&L)
- Experience working in an international environment
- Professional English
Background in healthcare, IVF or biotech is a plus.
