We're seeking an experienced SEO and Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time and help grow our online presence and drive traffic to our web application. You'll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and optimizing our digital footprint to attract and retain users.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements
• Create and manage content marketing strategies (blog posts, landing pages, guides)
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage social media presence and engagement
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools
• Perform A/B testing to optimize conversion rates
• Build and manage link-building campaigns
• Monitor SEO performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms
• Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar)
• Proficiency in keyword research and competitive analysis
• Understanding of technical SEO (site structure, page speed, mobile optimization)
• Experience with content marketing and copywriting
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other PPC platforms
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Results-driven mindset with proven track record of growing organic traffic

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing SaaS or web applications
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for implementing SEO changes
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Experience with social media advertising

• Familiarity with React-based applications and modern web technologies
• Experience with international SEO and multi-language optimization
• Basic graphic design skills for creating marketing materials
