    We’re seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (Lead Generation Specialist)  to join our team!

     

    In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and creating opportunities that drive our sales pipeline forward. If you are proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about growth, we’d love to hear from you!

     

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in IT lead generation and sales;
    • Upper Intermediate level of written and spoken English;
    • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation, prospecting, and professional networking;
    • Experience in working with Upwork and freelance platforms;
    • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
    • Availability to work in the EST time zone (with a minimum of 5 overlapping hours per day).

    Will be a plus:

    • Working experience with tender platforms;
    • Experience in email and cold connection strategies.
    • Experience working with clients from the US and/or Canada.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducted lead generation activities via LinkedIn and other digital platforms to identify and engage potential partners and clients.
    • Qualification of leads (SQL — Sales Qualified Leads) according to the company’s criteria;
    • Participating in creating strategies/hypotheses for email campaigns;
    • Reports, work with CRM (PipeDrive or HubSpot);
    • Ability to create proposals and related sales materials;
    • Follow up on inbound leads and respond to sales inquiries;
    • Collaborate closely with the team to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan;
    • Develop and implement best practices for growing customer base.
