    You will be the driving force behind the development, scaling, and long-term maintenance of modern, high-performance dashboards that visualize real-time data. This role is perfect for someone who loves to work across frontend and backend, building intuitive user interfaces while ensuring clean, scalable Python services behind the scenes. You will own the full lifecycle: from UI/UX implementation and backend integration to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.     Requirements

    - Strong experience with React (hooks, state management, component architecture) 

    - Strong Python skills for backend development and API design

    - Solid understanding of full stack system architecture and data-driven applications

    - Experience with PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, Docker, and modern deployment workflows

    - Confidence in API integration, authentication, and real-time data handling

    - Ownership mindset, you care about performance, clean code, UX quality, and system reliability

    - Clear communication and a collaborative, team spirit attitude

    - You communicate fluently in English and also feel confident in German (not mandatory)


    Nice to have, but not deal-breakers, if you are eager to learn, we will support you:

    - Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g. D3.js, Recharts, Chart.js)

    - Monitoring and observability with Grafana and Prometheus

    - GitLab-based CI/CD workflows and Kubernetes deploymentsExperience with real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming APIs)


    Responsibilities

    - Build and maintain interactive, data-heavy dashboards using React. 

    - Design clean, scalable frontend architectures with modern state management

    - Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs (FastAPI) for data delivery.

    - Connect dashboards to PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, real-time data sources, and external systems. 

    - Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and responsiveness. 

    - Containerize, deploy, and monitor services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows

    - Continuously improve existing dashboards with a strong focus on stability, usability, and maintainability. 

    - Collaborate across teams to transform business and product requirements into production-ready dashboard solutions

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role in IT (outsourcing and outstaffing) is a must
    • Confident English level — B2-C1 is mandatory
    • Previous successful track record in Inbound activities is a must
    • Previous experience working with Linkedin Outbound campaigns is a must
    • Previous experience on pre-sales process is a must
    • Previous experience with conducting or managing Business trips is preferable
