OTAKOYI

We are looking for a proactive, full-stack Digital Marketing Manager to drive the digital presence of OTAKOYI—an IT company with a 15-year history in custom software and AI development.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be the sole marketer in the company, working directly with the CEO and Head of Sales. You will act as both a strategic mind and hands-on executioner with complete freedom to experiment, manage external contractors, and directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Brand Leadership

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies to boost brand awareness and drive business growth across B2B and B2C channels.
• Define and lead the rebranding and development strategy for the company’s websites (OTAKOYI, SolveMind).
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and social media, implementing them to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
• Manage the marketing budget and optimize allocations across channels to maximize ROI.

2. Social Media & Content Management

• Create and implement an SMM strategy for corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram) as well as personal profiles of key Sales team members to boost Outbound efforts.
• Curate, approve, and publish high-quality content designed to increase engagement and drive targeted traffic to our websites.
• Analyze marketing performance, track key metrics, and prepare comprehensive monthly reports.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the Sales Team to create high-converting sales materials, collateral for new service offerings, and compelling case studies.
• Collaborate with the Technical Team to align website content with current sales goals and implement AI automation tools within company marketing workflows.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for the Design team.
• Support the HR Team in organizing company events and employer branding initiatives when needed.

4. PR & External Vendor Management

• Source, coordinate, and supervise external freelancers and agencies (SEO specialists, copywriters, email marketers, etc.), ensuring top-tier quality control within the budget.

5. Marketing as a Service (MaaS)

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Pre-Sale Managers to identify and address client needs for marketing support.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar full-stack/digital marketing role within an Outsource IT company.
• Content Expertise: Hands-on experience in content management and social media marketing.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to write engaging content and maintain professional client-facing interactions.
• Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable marketing decisions.
• Skills: Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Language: English level B2+ or higher (strong written and spoken skills are a must).

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, OR completed relevant marketing courses and certifications.
• Understanding of AI-driven SEO and brand visibility optimization in LLM search/chatbots.
• Proven track record using LinkedIn as a powerful B2B lead generation channel.
• Experience with Email Marketing and Paid Ads (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
• English writing skills at an Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level (ability to write polished, native-like marketing copy).
