We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic team, specializing in building and maintaining robust, high-performance web applications. Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Symfony.
• Design and optimize complex databases, primarily MySQL 8.0, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Work with MongoDB for managing and optimizing unstructured data storage.
• Integrate and manage message queues using RabbitMQ for asynchronous processes.
• Utilize AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) to deploy and manage applications in a scalable, secure environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a deep understanding of the Symfony framework.
• Expertise in MySQL 8.0, including performance optimization, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with message queue systems, particularly RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of high-load and big data application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Previous experience in a DevOps environment.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Vue.js) is a plus.

As a Business Analyst, your core mission is to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring software aligns with requirements.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements;
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with project requirements;
• Advocate for stakeholders' needs and priorities;
• Work closely with developers, QA team, and other BAs to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
• At least intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements;
• Ability to break down large and complex tasks into simple and easy ones, build the correct connections between them, and the ability to describe the algorithm for developers;
• Ability to model and prototype interfaces in Figma or others;
• Experience in integrating with third-party systems (API, files exchange);
• Experience using Jira, Trello, browser Developer tools, Figma, Postman, Slack, any raster graphic editor;
• Confident understanding of various file formats (CSV, JSON, XML);
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Ability to model processes and data on UML diagrams;
• High level of mastery of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support (≈60%)

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and reproduce reported issues, and explain solutions in clear and simple terms.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve complex problems.
• Accurately track and close support tickets on time.
   

Quality Assurance (≈40%)

• Test new features and bug fixes (functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing).
• Create and maintain test documentation (checklists, test cases, test data).
• Verify fixes and monitor the quality of releases.
• Perform initial defect analysis and assist in root cause investigations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the system’s business logic.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support and/or QA.
• Understanding of SDLC/STLC, testing types, and bug reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing/bug-tracking systems (Jira, Trello, Zendesk, or similar).
• API testing experience (Postman, Swagger) is a plus.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
