As a Business Analyst, your core mission is to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring software aligns with requirements.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements;
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with project requirements;
• Advocate for stakeholders' needs and priorities;
• Work closely with developers, QA team, and other BAs to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
• At least intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements;
• Ability to break down large and complex tasks into simple and easy ones, build the correct connections between them, and the ability to describe the algorithm for developers;
• Ability to model and prototype interfaces in Figma or others;
• Experience in integrating with third-party systems (API, files exchange);
• Experience using Jira, Trello, browser Developer tools, Figma, Postman, Slack, any raster graphic editor;
• Confident understanding of various file formats (CSV, JSON, XML);
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Ability to model processes and data on UML diagrams;
• High level of mastery of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a deep understanding of the Symfony framework.

Expertise in MySQL 8.0, including performance optimization, indexing, and query optimization.

Experience with message queue systems, particularly RabbitMQ.

Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure.

Solid understanding of high-load and big data application development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Previous experience in a DevOps environment.
