The Role

We are looking for a versatile Senior AI Full-Stack Developer who can build, ship, and utilise cutting-edge AI builder platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, AI Studio, Lovable, Base44, etc), cloud ecosystems (Vercel, AWS, etc), and backend tools (Supabase, Superwall, etc) to accelerate product development, and iterate on web and mobile-ready applications end-to-end, with a knowledge of modern frontend (Vue.js/Nuxt, Webflow) and backend (Python/Django, PostgreSQL).

 

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI-first development engines and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Lovable, Base44, Vercel, Supabase, etc) to build, test, and iterate on features at lightning speed.
• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications using Vue.js (2/3), Nuxt, Python (Django/DRF), and PostgreSQL.
• Design secure RESTful APIs, asynchronous tasks (Celery, Redis/RabbitMQ), OAuth flows, and third-party integrations including paywalls/monetization (Superwall) and payments.
• Deploy and manage services using Docker, Vercel, AWS (S3, RDS, CloudFront, SQS), and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Own features from technical requirements to testing, code reviews, release, and monitoring (Sentry).

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience across full-stack web and cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI development frameworks, low-code/AI builders (OpenAI, Anthropic, Lovable, Base44), and modern backend services (Supabase, Superwall).
• Good knowledge of Vue.js (Vue 2/3, Nuxt 2/3/4), TypeScript/JS, HTML5/CSS3/Tailwind.
• Good knowledge of Python with Django / Django REST Framework, ORM, caching (Redis), and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency deploying on Vercel and AWS, containerizing with Docker, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Language: Professional English proficiency (B2+).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience migrating Webflow sites to Vue/Nuxt.
• Knowledge of payment gateways (Mollie, Stripe, PayPal), media/PDF processing, or WebSockets.
• Testing experience with Pytest, Jest, or Cypress.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance web applications using Vue.js, Webflow, and Nuxt.js across legacy and modern codebases.
• Work with Vue 2 (Options API, Vuex 3) and Vue 3 (Composition API, Pinia), including migrations from Vue 2/Nuxt 2 to Vue 3/Nuxt 3/4.
• Build reusable, scalable frontend architecture and own features end-to-end, from BA requirements through development, testing, and release.
• Integrate REST APIs, authentication flows, payment systems, feature flags, complex forms, and third-party services.
• Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, SSR/hydration, caching, lazy loading, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement technical SEO including dynamic metadata, JSON-LD, structured data, crawling, and indexing best practices.
• Work with Webflow, including website development and integration/migration between Webflow and Vue/Nuxt applications.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker/docker-compose and collaborate on infrastructure improvements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and collaborate with backend teams on PostgreSQL/database requirements.
• Lead code reviews, establish frontend best practices, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, Backend, DevOps, SEO, and QA teams across multiple frontend applications and APIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend development experience, with 4+ years focused on Vue.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with Vue 2/3 and Nuxt 2/3/4, including SSR, SSG, middleware, plugins, and mobile deployment (React)
• Advanced JavaScript/ES6+ skills; TypeScript experience.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/Sass/LESS, Tailwind CSS, BEM, and CSS Variables knowledge.
• Experience with Vuex/Pinia, REST APIs/Axios, authentication, state management, and complex frontend workflows.
• Strong experience with Vite, Webpack, ESLint, Git, and modern frontend development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases, including queries and basic schema design.
• Experience with Jest, Vue Test Utils, and Cypress or similar testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience working with and refactoring large legacy codebases.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication and ownership.
• English of B2 level or higher

Bonus Skills

• Nginx configuration, including reverse proxy, routing, and multi-service deployments.
• Experience migrating Webflow websites to Vue/Nuxt.
• Quasar/Capacitor or other cross-platform mobile development experience.
• Analytics integrations such as GTM and tracking pixels.
• White-label or multi-brand applications built from a shared codebase.
• Basic backend knowledge with Node.js or Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project scope and objectives.
• Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring realistic planning and execution.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and areas requiring optimization.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and solutions.
• Participate in regular team meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews.
• Ensure deliverables meet business needs by assisting in testing phases, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation of requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project requirements or scope changes.
• Suggest process improvements and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on web and software development projects.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience in creating and managing BRDs, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
• Proficiency in creating Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Understanding of data analysis tools and techniques for reporting and decision-making.
• Practical experience integrating LLMs / AI tools into your daily workflows.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with professional-level English proficiency.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.
