We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with proven experience managing high daily budgets, ideally in competitive or restricted verticals (finance, trading, crypto, lead gen).

You should be comfortable scaling campaigns, testing creatives rapidly and navigating account instability or restrictions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Scale campaigns from testing phase to $5K–$10K+ daily spend
• Build and manage campaign structures (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies)
• Continuously test creatives (hooks, angles, UGC, formats)
• Monitor and optimize performance (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
• Identify and solve performance drops (creative fatigue, audience saturation, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience managing daily ad on Meta
• Strong track record of scaling profitable campaigns
• Experience in finance, trading, crypto or lead generation is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of performance metrics and optimization workflows
• Ability to break down performance issues (CPM / CTR / CVR) and act fast
• Hands-on experience with creative testing and iteration
