Requirements:
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Experience in administering Linux, Windows, and MacOS operating systems.
- Understanding of key principles and practices of information security.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Familiarity with server administration, database and web application deployment, virtualization and containerization tools, as well as monitoring and backup systems.
- Ability to work with cabling and perform basic installation tasks.
- Solid understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
- Strong teamwork skills, responsibility, and self-organization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a quick learner when it comes to new technologies.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Russian.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Finance & Operations Analyst to join our growing project team. Key Responsibilities:
-Financial Planning & Control:

-Monitor project cash flow, income, and expenses, with a focus on specific categories of counterparties.

-Assist in forecasting and budget tracking.

Reporting:

-Prepare regular reports on PSP performance, financial position, income and expenses, and other performance indicators.

-Provide insights and summaries for internal decision-making.

KPI Monitoring:

-Track team members’ KPI completion.

-Calculate incentive-based compensation.

-Treasury Operations & Reconciliations:

-Execute basic treasury tasks and maintain reconciliations with counterparties.

-Support with economic and financial matters related to the project.

Ad-Hoc Requests:

-Take ownership of one-off tasks and problem-solving initiatives as they arise.

IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist**

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure and efficient IT infrastructure strategies tailored to both internal and client-specific requirements.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud environments, and software systems.
- Audit and administer cloud resources, particularly within AWS environments.
- Develop, update, and enforce IT policies, including Disaster Recovery, Data Backup, Cybersecurity, and related protocols.
- Communicate and coordinate with IT suppliers, clients, and external auditors.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in System Administration or Information Security.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra/Active Directory, RDP, Endpoint Manager). Microsoft certifications are a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with international standards and regulations: ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience administering both Windows and Linux servers.
- Proficient in setting up and managing security systems: IDS/IPS, SIEM, Firewalls, MDM/EMM/UEM platforms.
- Ability to assess and audit systems and services for vulnerabilities and risks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
