Who we’re looking for

OpenMinds is seeking a highly skilled ML/NLP Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing machine learning models for semantic search, sentiment analysis, text clustering, and text summarisation tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in ML, NLP, and deep learning techniques, along with proficiency in Python, using of LLMs, and experience with popular ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
 

In the position you will:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for semantic search, sentiment analysis, text clustering, and text summarisation tasks
• Train and fine-tune large language models using transformer architectures like GPT, BERT, or RoBERTa
• Extract and process social media data as a source for training and evaluating NLP models
• Build and deploy semantic search systems, sentiment analysis models, text clustering algorithms, and text summarisation tasks
• Utilise techniques such as graph-based ranking, attention mechanisms, and sequence-to-sequence models for text summarisation
• Ensure scalability of ML models within Google Cloud Platform
   

We are a perfect match if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning techniques
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• In-depth knowledge of large language models, including transformer architectures like GPT, BERT, or RoBERTa
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art NLP libraries and frameworks, such as HuggingFace
• Experience in training and fine-tuning language models
• Solid understanding of contextual word embeddings and their applications in NLP tasks
• Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques like tokenisation, stemming, lemmatisation, and named entity recognition
• Proficient in cloud computing platforms (GCP is preferred) for ML model development and deployment
• English level: B2+

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Full-stack Engineer (React + Node.js) to help us build and scale a robust message delivery platform. This role will be central in developing end-to-end systems that enable secure, efficient, and high-volume communication across multiple channels. You’ll deliver scalable backend services, intuitive interfaces, and real-time delivery pipelines.

In the position you will:

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable full-stack system (React + Node.js) for multi-channel message delivery, ensuring reliability across diverse formats such as SMS, voice, social media, and chat platforms
• Develop intuitive interfaces and dashboards to support campaign creation, scheduling, targeting, and performance monitoring
• Implement real-time data pipelines and backend services for dynamic audience segmentation, automation triggers, and delivery status tracking
• Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Telegram, Facebook, TikTok) and manage communication flows with attention to speed, fault tolerance, and localization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce personalization capabilities, AI-assisted content tools, and multilingual support into messaging workflows
• Optimize the platform for high-throughput environments, with a focus on system resilience, observability, and load management
• Maintain a secure and robust infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform

We are a perfect match if you have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using ReactJS, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Proven ability to build scalable back-end services and interactive front-end interfaces
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud infrastructure (GCP is preferred)
• Track record of delivering production-ready, enterprise-level applications
• Skills in debugging, performance optimization, and writing clean, maintainable code
• Experience in modular architecture, building reusable components and UI Kits
• English B2+

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Python Automation Engineer to help us scale and streamline our outbound communication workflows. This role will help us build reliable, repeatable systems that support digital outreach, audience engagement, and message delivery.
 

In the position you will:

• Develop and maintain automation tools to manage multi-channel outreach workflows with a focus on Telegram
• Work closely with strategic communications team to implement automated messaging pipelines
• Monitor and improve relevant metrics, such as delivery, performance, uptime, and response time
• Maintain a secure and robust runtime environment
• Utilize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc) for message optimisation
• Stay up to date on best practices and evolving capabilities of relevant messaging APIs
   

We are a perfect match if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer
• A hacker mindset and being comfortable to cut through unknown
• Solid Python or JS skills
• Solid understanding of the Telegram ecosystem
• Proven experience in building similar tools for Telegram outreach and Telegram messaging APIs (e.g., python-telegram-bot, Telethon/gramjs, aiogram)
• At least basic experience with frontend ecosystem
• Would be a plus: understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation, and content delivery strategies
• Would be a plus: experience in building scraping tools and SEO
