This is a pretty unique position: we're looking for someone who's already very comfortable leveraging AI in their development work, or someone who's open to it.

You MUST be a senior software engineer. You MUST be able to spot bullshit when AI gives you some. You MUST be smart and fast learning, and open to structuring your workflow and how you leverage AI in such a way to solve for the challenges we're dealing with.

In this position, you'll become an absolute expert at using AI for developing things.

You're a self-starter. You can dive into a business problem and quickly output a prototype within a day. Then turn that prototype into a working product within a short amount of time.

What we expect:

- high iq
- strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- polyglot (can work in different stacks)
- prefer java on the backend, typescript on the front end
- senior enough that you can solve problems by improving architecture
- know tradeoffs of CI/CD
- not a devops person but able to get understand the concepts and troubleshoot with LLM assistance (knows trade offs of PAAS versus cloud native approaches, etc.)

You either must already know how to use Cursor or Claude Code like a pro, or be VERY interested in using it (we'll teach you).

You verbal English must be very comfortable.

ZenOne is an innovative B2B SaaS platform that helps Dental Offices in the US shop and order various dental supplies. We're a fairly technically sophisticated platform as we crawl and scrape various supplier websites and APIs to get pricing of the dental supplies and offer it in a convenient Amazon-like interface to our customers.

We're what dental office ecommerce platform is supposed to be like in 2025 and we're truly changing the industry here in the US.

We're looking for a strong, middle+ or senior level Full Stack Laravel+Vue developer.

About You

- You're experienced in building sophisticated SaaS platforms, and you can easily show that on an interview

- You have designed and built application(s) from start to finish, full stack

- At least 5 years of experience building in Laravel or a comparable framework. At least 3 years of experience with Vue

- Strong knowledge of SQL and understanding of the complexity and performance considerations of SQL queries and algorithms around it

- Very comfortable writing unit tests with PHPUnit

- You can take ownership over your responsibilities and the work you do

- You understand and appreciate test-driven development

- You English is strong enough to hold daily verbal conversations with

- You are open to having daily 3-4 hour overlap with the US Central Time timezone.

- Bonus points for having strong design eye to good UI/UX
