We are looking for proactive professional to join our consulting team that strive to deliver turn-key business solutions on Microsoft Power Platform which is leading low-code / no-code IT platform in the world. You will work together with our internal team (PMs, Consultants, Technical Architects, Developers, etc.) to execute customer projects from initial demand to the live product. It’s an enterprise-scale project with an opportunity to work with customers across multiple countries and departments.

Key qualifications:

○ Higher technical education

○ English — Upper-intermediate or higher. All communications are in English.

○ At least 3 years hands-on development experience in Power Platform is must (Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Business Process Flows, Forms, Business rules, Security role configuration, C# plug-ins, PCF Components)

○ Proven development experience in .NET, REST web services, Microsoft Azure (e.g. App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, etc.)

○ Experience in DevOps (ALM) practices

○ Experience with HTML/CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript or SharePoint development

○ Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and knowledge transfer skills

○ Good knowledge of Relational database design & SQL

○ Understanding of solution architecture design principles

○ Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or other similar Microsoft ○ Business Applications will be a plus

○ Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and/or Azure certification will be a plus

Key responsibilities:

○ Participate in technical assessment of customer demands and/or project requirements.

○ Collaborate with a project team and prepare solution design based on business process requirements.

○ Develop & Unit-test solution on Microsoft Power Platform, including integration with necessary services (Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, etc.)

○ Deploy Power Platform solution on target environments

○ Participate in code reviews and mentoring activities.

○ Participate in development process improvement activities.

○ Work with a team to maintain and enhance the delivered product.

You will work with customer team (business stakeholders & analysts, IT) and internal implementation team (PMs, Analysts, Technical Architects, Developers) to execute enterprise-scale customer projects from initial demand to live product.

Must-have:

○ Higher technical or economic education

○ English: Upper-intermediate+ (all communications in English)

○ 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

○ Experience implementing CRM applications in one or more areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service

○ Excellent communication skills: ability to listen, present, and convey ideas clearly to customers and technical team

○ Moderate technical background: understanding database design principles, basics of OOP, Web APIs

Nice-to-have:

○ Dynamics 365 Sales implementation (1+ years) or other Dynamics 365 CE apps like Customer Insights (Marketing), Customer Service, etc.

○ Other Business Applications (incl. Microsoft or non-Microsoft) implementation experience

○ Power Platform low-code/no-code, incl. Dataverse tables; simple Cloud flows; Forms; Business rules; BPF; Security role configuration

○  Any Programming languages knowledge

What you will do (end-to-end)

Discovery / Presales

○ Participate in discovery and scope definition (SoW)

○ Take part in pre-sales & marketing activities

Business analysis & delivery

Work with Process Owners, SMEs, and the technical team to deliver the solution.

○ Guidance on using D365 CE / Power Platform functional capabilities

○ Lead workshops; capture business/IT requirements; produce process documentation

○ Convert requirements into user stories & use-cases (incl. user stories design)

○ Align requirements/design with customer, coordinate with stakeholders

○ Deliver PoC with the technical team

○ Demo completed user stories at the end of each sprint

○ Coordinate with client Product Owner / Key Users

Functional design, build & test

○ Write detailed functional design/specifications for developers

○ Configure the system (settings, low/code no-code development/prototyping, custom AI Features implementation using Copilot)

○ Run acceptance testing (user stories and process acceptance)

Go-live & post go-live

○ Support smooth go-live by project end

○ Provide customer support services

○ Contribute to retrospective testing automation (after learning)

Обов’язки

· Створення UI/UX дизайну (інтерфейси, прототипи) у Figma для веб-додатків, дашбордів і мобільних інтерфейсів.

· Співпраця з командою продукту, розробниками й бізнес-аналітиками для трансформації вимог у зрозумілі й ефективні користувацькі інтерфейси.

· Постійне покращення дизайну на основі зворотного зв’язку й аналітики UX.

· Управління дизайн-системами, бібліотеками компонентів у Figma.

· Додатковий плюс: створення YouTube роликів (монтаж) і Thumbnails для соцмереж.

Вимоги

· Досвід роботи UI/UX дизайнером від 1 року.

· Впевнене володіння Figma.

· Розуміння принципів UX, юзабіліті, адаптивності та accessibility.

· Базові навички відеомонтажу (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut тощо) та підготовки візуалів для соцмереж будуть перевагою.

· Англійська мова — рівень Upper-Intermediate або вище.

· Готовність вчитись, вдосконалюватися й працювати з інноваційними бізнес-рішеннями.
