    Your Mission (First 3–6 Months)

    • Create a full growth and content strategy for the channel
    • Plan, structure, and launch 20+ interviews with high-value guests
    • Propose and purchase all required production equipment
    • Build and lead a lean production team (editor, designer — in-house or external)
    • Plan coverage of 10+ conferences and live filming opportunities
