We’re hiring an Affiliate Manager to join our awesome remote team.
It's a full-time role for someone with at least one year of experience in an affiliate network who's ready to manage publishers and build long-term partnerships across different markets.
 

Responsibilities:

- Build and grow relationships with affiliate partners

- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns in multiple verticals

- Analyze traffic, conversions, and ROI

- Negotiate rates, budgets, and test caps

- Identify new business opportunities and direct deals

- Prepare performance reports and insights

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager (network or performance agency)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup

- Upper-Intermediate English (additional languages are a plus)
