OnePlusOne Solutions is building a pool of trusted Senior WordPress Developers for upcoming projects.
We’re looking for a highly experienced, self-sufficient specialist — a true all-rounder — who already runs their own projects but can allocate time for us on demand, as new WordPress projects come in.

This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, clear communication, and long-term professional collaboration.
 

What we’re looking for

• Strong, proven experience as a WordPress Developer (senior level)
• Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, plugins, customization, and performance
• Hands-on experience with:
  • ACF Pro, WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Yoast SEO (or equivalents)
  • Popular page builders: Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, Avada
• Experience building custom themes, plugins, and widgets
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and technical SEO
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
• Strong English (B2+/C1) — confident spoken and written communication
• Availability for communication and syncs in the second half of the day
   

What you’ll do (when projects are active)

• Develop custom WordPress websites from scratch to production
• Improve, extend, and maintain existing WordPress projects
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and UI/UX teams
• Ensure performance, stability, and clean code
• Handle both frontend and backend tasks as needed
• Monitor and optimize live websites

Project Manager 
Part-time | Project-based
 

We’re looking for a reliable Project Manager to support us on a part-time basis, managing one or two projects at a time.

We’re currently at the start of a new project and want to bring in a PM who can take ownership of coordination and keep the process structured and moving forward.
 

What you’ll do:

• Manage and support 1–2 active projects
• Coordinate a small cross-functional team (developers, designers, QA)
• Set up and run regular check-ins (weekly syncs, updates)
• Track tasks, deadlines, and risks
• Keep communication clear between the team and stakeholders
• Ensure the project stays organized, predictable, and on schedule
   

Who we’re looking for:

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Experience working with small or mid-sized teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Calm, structured, and reliable in day-to-day work
• Confident English (B2+)
• Not necessarily a “people leader” — we value someone who gets things done

2D Game Artist (iGaming, Mini Games)
Remote | Part-time | Project-based
 

OnePlusOne Solutions is looking for an experienced 2D Game Artist for project-based, part-time collaboration.
We work on iGaming mini-games and are looking for a specialist who can jump into specific tasks related to character design and in-game graphics.

This role is ideal for someone who already has ongoing work but can consistently dedicate around half a working day to our tasks when projects are active.

What you’ll work on

• Character design for iGaming mini-games
• Game graphics and visual elements (characters, props, backgrounds)
• Maintaining a consistent visual style across game assets
• Preparing production-ready assets for developers
• Working closely with game designers and developers to match gameplay needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a 2D Game Artist
• Mandatory experience in iGaming or game development
• Strong understanding of game art pipelines and techniques
• Proven experience designing characters for games
• Solid knowledge of composition, color theory, and visual consistency
• Ability to adapt to different styles while keeping quality high
• Understanding of how assets are integrated into game engines

English level: B2 or higher
