    OnePlusOne Solutions is looking for a Game Balance Designer to join an ongoing iGaming project. We collaborate with international clients to build high-quality online casino games. The team is small, experienced, and focused on flexibility, quality, and zero bureaucracy.
     

    This is not a UX/UI design position — please do not apply if your expertise is in interface design.
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and balance game math for online casino games
    • Analyze gameplay mechanics using basic statistics (mean, deviation, probability, etc.)
    • Build win/lose scenarios, reward logic, and gameplay probability flows
    • Work closely with developers and artists to implement game logic

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience balancing game mechanics (especially in gacha, arcade, or hyper-casual games)
    • Strong grasp of basic statistical concepts
    • Analytical thinking, structured approach, and high attention to detail
    • Experience building or fine-tuning in-game economy systems

     

    Nice to have:

    OnePlusOne Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our pipeline and bring in new clients through Upwork and other online channels.

    We’re a flexible international team working on design, development, and iGaming projects — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.
     

    What you’ll do:

    • Search and bid on relevant jobs on Upwork from our verified agency profile
    • Research and engage potential leads on LinkedIn and other platforms
    • Identify and qualify potential clients through multiple channels
    • Track and enter lead data and activity in HubSpot
    • Keep documentation and reporting organized and up to date
    • Conduct intro calls with potential clients and pass warm leads to the team
    • Collaborate closely with management to adjust strategies and priorities


    Requirements:

    • Experience in lead generation and bidding on Upwork
    • Confident communication skills for conducting intro calls with clients
    • Basic understanding of IT services and outsourcing
    • Proficiency in English (B2+ or higher), especially in written and spoken communication
    • Attention to detail, structured workstyle, and consistency in reporting

    OnePlusOne Solutions is looking for a skilled and proactive Sales Manager to join our team. We work with web and mobile development, UI/UX design, and custom software solutions. The role includes both working with warm leads and active outreach.


    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with incoming leads and search for new opportunities
    • Conduct intro calls, negotiate terms, and build trust with clients
    • Maintain ongoing communication with clients on active projects
    • Support teams with clear and timely updates (daily/weekly syncs)
    • Prepare and manage documentation: SoW, MSAs, NDAs, proposals
    • Manage leads, deals, and communication in HubSpot and our internal CRM
    • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and devs to align on scope and next steps
    • Provide regular reporting and follow-ups to leadership


    Requirements:

    • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or client management
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
    • Understanding of how outsourcing teams work (roles, timelines, delivery process)
    • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
    • Responsible, structured, and easy to collaborate with
