We are looking for a skilled Game Developer experienced in PlayCanvas to build and optimize browser-based iGaming projects. Our games are high-interactivity, visually dynamic, and packed with smooth animations. You’ll be working with prepared assets and designs to bring games to life on the web.

What You’ll Work On:

• Develop and optimize 1–2 complete games in PlayCanvas per month
• Integrate gameplay logic, animations, and UI/UX into live builds
• Ensure high performance across mobile and desktop browsers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in game development
• 2+ years working with PlayCanvas and WebGL
• Hands-on experience with HTML5 games, ideally in iGaming or casual gaming
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, PlayCanvas, and Git
• Confident integration of UI, animations, audio, game logic and core math
• Solid understanding of optimization for mobile web performance
• Ability to collaborate with QA and fix issues quickly

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Spine, WebGL shaders, or Unity
• Understanding of iGaming mechanics (RNG, bonuses, slots, etc.)

• Experience with API integration and game state synchronization with servers

   

Responsibilities:

• Develop full-featured game builds with interactive logic
• Set up scenes, lighting, sounds, and visual effects
• Seamlessly integrate UI/UX with responsiveness and performance in mind
• Deliver cross-browser stable builds

• Write clear technical documentation for handoff and collaboration

   

Work Format:

Lead Generation Specialist (IT Sales)

OnePlusOne Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our pipeline and bring in new clients through Upwork and other online channels.

We’re a flexible international team working on design, development, and iGaming projects — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.
 

What you’ll do:

• Search and bid on relevant jobs on Upwork from our verified agency profile
• Research and engage potential leads on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Identify and qualify potential clients through multiple channels
• Track and enter lead data and activity in HubSpot
• Keep documentation and reporting organized and up to date
• Conduct intro calls with potential clients and pass warm leads to the team
• Collaborate closely with management to adjust strategies and priorities

Requirements:

• Experience in lead generation and bidding on Upwork
• Confident communication skills for conducting intro calls with clients
• Basic understanding of IT services and outsourcing
• Proficiency in English (B2+ or higher), especially in written and spoken communication
• Attention to detail, structured workstyle, and consistency in reporting
• Experience with HubSpot (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong self-management and reliability
