We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Mobile Notary Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our mobile notary operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a primary focus on client support. The Mobile Notary Coordinator will support client communications, manage scheduling, assist notaries with onboarding, and help expand our services to new cities.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them schedule appointments smoothly and addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

• Scheduling: Coordinate and manage notary appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

• Reliability: Identify and recruit reliable notaries to ensure a high level of service delivery.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure notaries meet our quality standards and comply with legal requirements.

• Notary Onboarding: Assist notaries with the onboarding process, including helping them update their commission expiration dates and other relevant information.

• Notary Support: Provide ongoing support to notaries, helping them navigate our platform and resolve any technical or operational issues.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of notary activities, appointments, and any issues that arise.

✅ Requirements:

• English level B1+
• Proven experience in managing projects, working with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for notary services is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts

• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Good research skills and ability to verify and structure large volumes of information.
• Confident user of spreadsheets and operational dashboards.
