We are Oneeven Investment Office — an in-house team with 15+ years of experience investing across the iGaming value chain worldwide. Unlike advisory firms, we act as true equity investors, actively shaping the growth of our portfolio companies.

We are looking for a Research Analyst to join our team. The role is research-driven, with a direct contribution to the investment process through data and market insights. You will track market trends, analyze competitors and regulatory changes, and prepare concise briefs that inform real investment decisions in one of the most dynamic industries globally.

Responsibilities:

• Support the investment process through structured research and analysis of potential opportunities;
• Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory developments in the iGaming sector;
• Conduct in-depth product, company, and competitor research;
• Identify emerging niches and strategic opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources;
• Prepare clear and concise research briefs, reports, and insights for the investment team.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-structuring skills;
• Attention to detail combined with a proactive, hands-on approach;
• Ability to turn complex, fragmented information into actionable insights;

We are now looking for a highly motivated Investment Analyst to strengthen our team and accelerate the expansion of our iGaming portfolio. In this role, you will work side by side with senior management on evaluating new opportunities, building financial models, and delivering insights that directly influence strategic decisions and the launch of new businesses. Your analysis will not just stay in presentations — it will drive real investments and real outcomes in one of the most dynamic industries globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the global iGaming industry;
• Perform financial modeling, company valuations, and competitive analysis to support investment decisions;
• Assist in the preparation of investment reports, presentations, and capital allocation memorandums;
• Monitor portfolio companies, track KPIs, and perform benchmarking analyses to enhance operational and financial performance;
• Support senior team members in structuring, negotiating, and executing investment deals;
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological innovations impacting iGaming.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field;
• 2+ years of relevant experience in PE/VC, investment banking, strategy consulting, Big4. CFA designation is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to structure and analyze data, find patterns, organize ideas;
• Ability to handle multiple projects with keen attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, self-organize and follow through, work independently and collaboratively;
• Entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ми шукаємо продуктового аналітика з досвідом у сфері онлайн-гемблінгу (з фокусом на казино), який приєднається до нашої центральної продуктової команди. Ви працюватимете над портфелем різних продуктів, проводячи глибоку аналітику та перетворюючи raw-дані на actionable insights, що впливають на зростання бізнесу.

💼 Що ви будете робити:

• Аналізувати продуктивність різних гемблінг-продуктів (переважно казино)
• Проводити глибинні дослідження та формувати data-driven інсайти для продуктової стратегії
• Співпрацювати з продакт-менеджерами та іншими командами
• Створювати дашборди та візуалізації (Tableau, Power BI)
• Працювати з великими обсягами даних у різних GEO і брендах
• Допомагати будувати знання всередині компанії

✅ Кого ми шукаємо:

• 4+ років досвіду в ролі продуктового аналітика (online casino/gambling — обовʼязково)
• Впевнені знання SQL, досвід з BI-інструментами (Tableau / Power BI)
• Досвід глибокої, дослідницької аналітики (не лише операційна звітність)
• Python — буде плюсом
• Розуміння ключових метрик: Retention, Conversion, ARPPU, LTV
• Вміння працювати автономно з мінімальним менеджментом
• Англійська — не нижче Intermediate
