We are a rapidly growing Gen AI startup with over $100k ARR. We fix a problem that resonates with many: it's hard to find information and almost every search box is keyword-based and unchanged since the 90s. We make search boxes understand human language so users can ask questions and get concise verifiable answers with links to sources. We target two use cases:

- search over documentation, knowledge base articles, and technical forums (we work with global tech companies such as Perforce)

- automating ticket-based customer support: a ticket comes in, we find an answer based on KBs, prior tickets, support channels in Slack, etc

We have a unique approach validated by enterprise customers: tech firms with in-house capability to work on Gen AI choose us as we are cheaper and better.

Key Responsibilities

- Data extraction - this can be API integrations, custom web crawlers, generative AI data

- LLM finetuning - Data preprocessing, Prompt tuning, picking the right model for the task

- Design and implement new ideas for how to make the RAG system better.

- Configure use cases from start to finish automating whenever you see a chance.

- Improve and maintain the code for highly configurable and rapidly deployable RAG system.

- Work directly with customers (e.g., Perforce and InterSystems)

You'll be working with our amazing CTO Vitaliy, the creator of Django Ninja https://github.com/vitalik/django-ninja
