- Facilitate regular sync-ups and retrospectives to improve efficiency and reduce blockers.
- Monitor team capacity and performance data to optimize workload distribution and delivery accuracy.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project delivery across multiple teams, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Break down initiatives into actionable tasks and maintain up-to-date project boards, timelines, and documentation.
- Track daily and weekly progress, resolve blockers, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth delivery flow.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to align on priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations.
- Facilitate meetings, including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Gather and analyze estimates, monitor progress against targets, and adjust plans as needed for on-time delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring early visibility and proactive resolution.
- Collect and analyze team capacity and performance data to improve planning accuracy and workload balance.
- Report project health, risks, and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders, maintaining full transparency.
- Lead retrospectives and drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.
- Partner with the CTO, QA Lead, and Product Manager to evaluate team performance and optimize collaboration.
- Foster effective communication across teams, promoting accountability, visibility, and alignment.
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar coordination role in a software environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and PM workflows.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility and control over progress.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Skilled in risk identification, mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on team efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Open-minded and proactive, with a passion for delivering real value to the team and product
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience in Product management/ QA or BA will be a plus
- Familiarity with performance metrics, capacity planning, and delivery forecasting.
