    Full-Stack Developer for the Steam Analytics Platform

     

    We’re building Steam Analytics—a platform that collects and visualises data on Steam games. The system aggregates information from Steam and other public sources via APIs and web-scraping to show player activity, game performance over time, and comparative project analytics.

     

    An MVP now runs on AWS with PostgreSQL, but we plan to simplify the infrastructure and migrate to Firebase for faster development and easier scaling.

     

    🛠 Current tech stack:

     

    Front-end: Next.js

    Back-end: Nest.js

    Database & MVP infrastructure: PostgreSQL + AWS

    Planned infrastructure: Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Hosting)

    Data processing: custom parsers, cron jobs

     

    📌 Key responsibilities:

     

    • Optimise the back-end and data schema
    • Migrate the infrastructure to Firebase
    • Work with large, frequently updated data sets

      Example: continuously collect and store historical data for thousands of game titles at intervals from 15 minutes to 24 hours

    • Extend both front-end and back-end functionality
    • Prepare the platform for authentication and subscription-based monetisation
    • Ensure reliable production deployment (security, scalability, monitoring)

     

    Future task: integrate social-media APIs (e.g. Reddit, X/Twitter) to broaden analytics

     

    Requirements:

     

    • Experience handling large data volumes
    • Deep knowledge of database optimisation and back-end performance tuning
    • Hands-on experience with Firebase
    • Proven track record of shipping projects to production
    • Self-driven, proactive, and able to make independent technical decisions

    As our first dedicated HR Business Partner you will own the full HR cycle for a 120-person distributed team and lead a three-member HR squad. Your mandate: build mature people operations that support rapid growth to 200+ employees.
    Key responsibilities
     

    • Design and roll out end-to-end HR processes (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, L&D, engagement) from the ground up.
    • Drive recruiting for critical roles together with hiring managers; keep time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics on target.
    • Implement and maintain company-wide OKR / KPI framework; coach leaders on goal-setting and tracking.
    • Act as strategic partner to the executive team on org design, workforce planning and culture topics.
    • Lead, mentor and develop a three-person HR team; establish clear responsibilities and growth paths.
    • Ensure HR policies comply with EU labour standards and the specifics of remote, multi-country employment.

    What kind of professional are we looking for?

                                    

    • 5+ years in HR, including 2+ years as HR BP / HR Lead in a company of 200+ employees.
    • Demonstrated success building HR policies and workflows from zero in a high-growth environment.
    • Strong hands-on recruitment background (full-cycle, tech or creative profiles preferred).
    • Proven experience introducing or operating OKR / KPI performance systems.
    • People-management track record: you have led and coached an HR team.
    • Excellent written & spoken Ukranian 
    • Solid command of remote-work tools (Peopleforce, Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace).
