    We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to fully own our outbound lead generation channel with SQL as the core outcome. This role is for someone who enjoys autonomy, works systematically, pays attention to detail, and thinks in terms of systems and results rather than tasks.

    You’ll manage outbound end-to-end - from infrastructure and segmentation to copy, experiments, and performance tracking. You’ll work closely with leadership and have direct influence on revenue.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Own outbound as a channel with SQL as the key metric
    • Plan, launch, and iterate outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
    • Own and maintain email and LinkedIn lead generation infrastructure
    • Segment and manage contacts in HubSpot CRM
    • Write and optimize outreach copy and sequences
    • Build dashboards and reports to track performance
    • Maintain and improve automation and outbound workflows
    • Optimize processes using AI tools
    • Manage contractors involved in marketing initiatives
    • Work closely with CEO, CRO, CMO, and BDM
    • Collaborate with the delivery team to support hypothesis testing

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in outbound or B2B marketing
    • Hands-on experience with CRM segmentation and data management
    • Strong copywriting skills for outbound and sales messaging
    • Confident use of Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivots)
    • Experience using AI tools in daily workflows
    • High level of ownership and responsibility
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex systems
    • Owner mindset and comfort being accountable for results
