We are looking for a Technical Sales / Presales Consultant.
Responsibilities
As a technical sales engineer, you will:
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance
- Design custom-made solutions
- Help develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements
- Calculate product specifications and implementation costs
- Persuade clients that our products and services best meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to satisfy both client and company interests
- Support the internal delivery team with after-sales assistance
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate how our products meet client requirements
- Collaborate with other sales team members and technical experts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (telecommunications preferred)
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products
- Experience in effort estimation and preparing technical specifications
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- Knowledge of contact center solutions and telephony is highly desirable
- Experience in sales or presales would be an advantage
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
