Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Sourcer to join our lead generation team and help identify potential clients that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The Sourcer will work closely with the Lead Generation Specialist, supporting the research and validation of new leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads according to ICP criteria
• Collect and verify company and contact data (email, LinkedIn, role, region etc.)
• Organize and maintain lead lists in HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with the LeadGen Specialist to ensure quality and relevance of leads
• Assist in refining targeting strategy and ICP definitions

Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot or similar tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Previous experience in lead sourcing or B2B prospecting will be a plus

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React, TypeScript, and Node.js (Express or NestJS) to join our team on a client project. The ideal candidate is confident working across the stack — building intuitive frontend interfaces while developing secure, high-performance backend services and APIs.

You will play a key role in integrating complex XML data flows, implementing XSD validation, and collaborating with DevOps and frontend engineers to ship production-ready features.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, scalable UI components using React and TypeScript
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express
• Design and implement secure, performant REST APIs with validation, authentication, and rate-limiting
• Handle XML data workflows and apply XSD schema validation in backend systems
• Work with MongoDB, Mongoose, and Prisma ORM for efficient data management
• Manage authentication using JWT and bcryptjs
• Integrate third-party services: AWS S3 (file storage), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Nodemailer (emails)
• Handle file uploads securely using Multer and AWS SDK
• Generate documents using tools like pdfkit, puppeteer, and marked
• Write unit/integration tests, perform code reviews, and follow clean architecture practices

• Monitor application performance using tools like New Relic and Winston logging

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development with React and TypeScript
• 3+ years of backend development experience using Node.js and Express
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and full-stack integration
• Practical experience working with XML/XSD validation
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker)

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with form-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or workflow-based UIs
• Familiarity with Redis for caching or real-time use cases
• Experience working in microservices architecture

The ideal candidate feels confident working across the full stack — from developing clean, responsive UIs to building secure, scalable backend APIs. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready solutions and contribute to architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern, responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript
• Develop robust Node.js (Express/NestJS) services and REST APIs with proper validation, authentication, and rate-limiting

Laravel + Flutter Engineer

Goal: Stabilize, secure, and ship the UAW app and admin backend; establish release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own API hardening: replace custom token lookups with Sanctum guards, enforce middleware & role checks.
• Refactor validation to Form Requests; standardize API error contract.
• Implement pagination/filtering; optimize Eloquent queries.
• Externalize API base URL and build app flavors (dev/stage/prod); add env management.
• Set up CORS & security headers; verify CSRF scopes for web vs API.
• Fix media handling (uploads, storage URLs) and admin CRUD edge cases.
• Add minimal test coverage (PHPUnit for API; Flutter widget/integration for critical screens).
• Establish CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI): PHP static checks, tests, Flutter build lanes.
• Prepare store-ready builds (signing, versioning, changelogs) and monitoring (Sentry/Crashlytics).
• Write tech handover docs and a lightweight runbook.

Must-Have Skills
