We’re on a journey to elevate our platform and engineering practices — and we’re looking for an experienced Frontend Tech Lead to drive technical excellence, mentor our team, and ensure our frontend remains scalable, reliable, and modern.

🎯Core Requirements 

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and Redux
• Proven track record of building and shipping production-ready frontend applications
• Solid understanding of automated testing (Unit, Integration, E2E) and hands-on experience with RTL, MSW, and Playwright

👩‍🔧Technical Leadership & Expertise

• Ability to evaluate, select, and champion new technologies and architectures with clear, reasoned arguments
• Comfortable building and presenting proof-of-concepts to validate technical decisions
• Skilled at analyzing existing codebases, identifying root causes, and proposing pragmatic solutions
• Strong advocate for code quality and test coverage — you push for testing because you know it improves velocity and reliability

📣 Communication & Influence

• Excellent verbal and written English skills — you can articulate complex technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable leading technical demos and presentations, even if they’re work-in-progress
• Able to translate between technical detail and business context, connecting code to customer impact
