Why this role matters

We're taking a bold step forward — rebuilding our mobile experience using React Native. Currently, we operate native apps for both iOS and Android. Your mission? Lead the charge on creating a brand new cross-platform mobile app from the ground up.

You'll be the first mobile developer on this journey, working closely with our seasoned web front-end team (who already use React), and with product designers, backend engineers, and QAs. This is a unique opportunity to lay the technical foundation, shape the user experience, and influence how mobile is done at Noovy.

What you’ll do

• Build a modern React Native app from scratch using the latest tooling and best practices.

• Collaborate with our backend and web front-end teams to ensure consistency and performance across platforms.

• Own the mobile architecture and codebase — you'll set the standard for what comes next.

• Contribute to decisions on tooling, CI/CD pipelines, performance monitoring, and more.

• Eventually help us scale the mobile team and mentor others as we grow.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with React Native and a proven track record of shipping apps to the App Store and Google Play.

• Familiarity with native modules, especially those related to Bluetooth, camera, and push notifications.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive a project from zero to production.

• Understanding of mobile performance, usability, and platform nuances.

• Comfortable working in a team that values collaboration, quality, and code reviews.

• Bonus: Experience with Swift or Kotlin is a plus.
