Job DescriptionNoltic - Salesforce Summit Partner, looking for candidates who can challenge the status quo, resolve tough problems, and make complex things simple.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for Salesforce applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into user interface designs.
- Utilize Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to create responsive and visually appealing Figma wireframes for desktops and tablets.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design, including Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present designs, solicit feedback, and drive consensus on design decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System 1 and 2.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite.
- Solid understanding of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
