    We’re looking for a Marketing Generalist to help us build our marketing foundation from zero — define our brand, shape our online presence. You’ll work closely with the founders and tech team to translate what we build into clear, engaging stories that attract clients, partners, and talent.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy from scratch
    • Conduct market research and build detailed customer portraits
    • Build and manage Company's online presence (LinkedIn, website, Clutch, etc.)
    • Plan, create and manage content for LinkedIn, the company website, and other relevant platforms
    • Ensure consistent and professional marketing appearance
    • Experiment with different channels to test what drives visibility and leads
    • Support the sales team with needed marketing materials
    • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities

     

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years in marketing roles within IT companies (preferably service companies)
    • Experience developing B2B marketing strategies or launching marketing from scratch
    • Hands-on experience in market and customer research
    • Hands-on experience in building customer personas / ICPs
    • Hands-on experience in analyzing and improving marketing performance metrics
    • Hands-on experience in content creation and repurposing (posts, case studies, thought-leadership, etc.)
    • Solid understanding of content strategy and how it connects to lead generation
    • Basic design skills (Canva/Figma)
    • Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content ideation and scaling
    • Advanced English

     

     

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    • Experience in sales or lead generation processes
    • Experience working with technical or AI products
    • Understanding of Generative AI and no-code tools for automation
