About the project

A worldwide anti-phishing company introduces an AI-powered Email security platform that provides an innovative solution to prevent fraud and email attacks. Responsibilities

• Innovate and evolve cutting-edge AI-powered Email security platform
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand roadmap priorities
• Carry feature requirements from an early phase to full implementation
• Design and develop new capabilities in a dynamic and changing environment
• Build a high-performance and highly available platform and design new prototypes
• Write Python code focused on scalability, testability, supportability and maintainability
• Utilize Machine Learning capabilities
• Participate in architecture, code, security and operational reviews
• Contribute to ongoing strategic planning and design of future features

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on backend development experience, including at least 3-4 years with Python (Django/SqlAlchemy/FastAPI experience is an advantage)
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of robust and scalable products, demonstrating a commitment to quality
• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, VectorDB)
• Experience with LLM and AI Models
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience in writing services/systems from scratch
• Experience in cloud architecture (with various managed services like SQS, SNS, EKS, SES, S3, etc)
• Demonstrated ability to manage requirements from the early phases through to full implementation, taking end-to-end ownership of projects
• Experience in mentorship

2) Technical Interview + live coding (1–2 hours).
3) Architecture  Interview (1.5 hours).
4) HR Іnterview from client's side.

A representative office of an American company in Ukraine is looking for an experienced Delphi developer for the design and creation of new applications, as well as the enhancement and maintenance of current products. The work will be challenging and fast-paced.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in Borland/Embarcadero Delphi 2010-XE8 (VCL, WinAPI, Multithreading, Windows and Web services)

Excellent OOP knowledge

Experience in developing client-server applications

Experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle) is a plus

Experience using DevExpress and RemObjects components is welcome

The ability to independently study a task, conduct the necessary research, and prepare a concept for implementation

English - technical level;

Compliance with schedules and deadlines for work at all stages of the project

The desire to work collaboratively and creatively with an experienced team

Deep understanding of user interface best practices

Understanding of Positive Security Model, and coding for security (e.g. OWASP standards)

Work closely with existing Ukraine team and parent company to understand requirements, establish goals, and meet deadlines

Work closely with Web UI developer

Assist with architecture and design of new products and components\

Code data server components for web application, and develop some desktop client applications

Maintain and improve current products

Research new technologies as needed
