🔹 Responsibilities
- Design and develop Kubernetes operators and controllers in Go
- Build and maintain cloud-native microservices and APIs
- Work with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
- Optimize scalability, reliability, and performance
🔹 Requirements
- 4+ years of backend development experience (ideally 2+ years with Golang)
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (operators/controllers, CRDs, cluster management)
- Solid knowledge of Docker and cloud-native principles
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Good communication skills (English — B2+)
🔹 Nice to Have
- Knowledge of networking/telecom domain
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Open-source contributions in Kubernetes/Golang
🔹 Engagement Details
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term
