Looking for a full-stack developer for a long-term project with an EdTech platform that has been operating for 15 years and has thousands of active users. 

The team is small: a tech lead, a frontend/payments developer, and a QA engineer. You will own tickets end to end - from reading to deploy - without hand-holding.

Stack: Ruby on Rails, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Docker, Tailwind CSS, Render.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React/Next.js
• Experience deploying to managed PaaS platforms (Render, Vercel, Railway, or similar)
• AI-native workflow: you use Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools daily
• Strong async communication, clean PRs, questions before starting, not after shipping
• Russian or Ukrainian language for team communication

Conditions: remote, 30+ hrs/week, $25-40/hr, 6+ months with potential to go full-time.

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join a project building an AI productivity platform that helps professionals learn and stay current in their field.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Frontend experience with Vue.js or React, TypeScript
• Experience with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector, Weaviate)
• PostgreSQL, database design
• API integrations and backend design patterns

• Strong documentation and communication skills

   

Nice to have:

• LangChain, LangGraph experience
• Multi-agent AI systems
• Knowledge graphs, Neo4j

Conditions:

• 30+ hours per week
• Long-term engagement (6+ months)
• Must be available for standups before 11am Pacific time (7 pm Kyiv)
