    NorthGRC is a B2B SaaS company in the cybersecurity space. We provide a GRC platform to customers in the Nordic region and across 30+ other countries.

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and organizing high-quality leads, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting our SDR team with well-structured prospect lists. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience with lead generation tools, and enjoy working with data, we’d love to hear from you!

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research to identify potential clients based on the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
    • Collect, structure, and validate lead data before importing it into the CRM.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by merging duplicate contacts and companies in the CRM.
    • Optimize and manage our lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Leadfeeder, Dealfront, Lusha, Apollo, Snov.io, Phantombuster, Clay).
    • Stay up to date with new tools and best practices in lead research and data enrichment.

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience with lead generation and data scraping platforms such as Apollo, Lusha, Snov.io, Clay, Phantombuster, or similar.
    • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including proficiency with lookup formulas.
    • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
    • High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets without losing quality.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage research tasks.
