Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, and Meta (will be a plus).
- Identify and target key audience segments to optimize conversion rates and achieve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Adjust and optimize PPC campaigns based on performance data, utilizing A/B testing, bid strategies, and other techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on PPC campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to align PPC strategies with broader business goals.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for PPC campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
- Experience working with the US/EU and other English-speaking markets.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- English proficiency — Upper-intermediate or higher.
