This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing project, work directly with US-based clients, and help shape smooth, efficient communication between clients and field teams. What you’ll do:
- Quickly respond to incoming client requests;
- Call customers to clarify details (e.g. kitchen or bathroom renovation, painting, small handyman tasks, etc.);
- Coordinate and schedule onsite visits with technicians;
- Help move deals forward and support the sales process;
- Track results — KPI bonuses included.
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate+ English (you’ll be speaking with US clients daily);
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust fast;
- Experience in sales, dispatch, or customer support — a big plus;
