Netrocket

We are looking for a creative Content Manager / Social Media Manager to take ownership of content creation and publishing across Netrocket's social media channels. The content is targeted at the US market — specifically business owners in the HVAC industry (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning).

We already have a wealth of source material — webinars, workshops, expert talks, US trip footage, and educational content for HVAC businesses. We need someone who can quickly turn this into high-quality, creative content that grows our brand reach and recognition in the US market.

      Responsibilities:

Social Media Content

• Create and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Write short captions and post copy
• Adapt all content for the US audience
• Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Manage and grow the company Facebook Group

Video Editing & Clipping

• Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels / Shorts)
• Cut highlight reels from webinars
• Create short expert clips from long-form recordings

Visual Content

• Design static images and graphics
• Build carousel posts
• Create webinar announcements and promotional posts

AI-Powered Production

• Actively use AI tools to optimize content production:
• AI video generation
• Graphic and image creation
• Auto-subtitles and auto-clips
• Highlight extraction from long-form content
• AI-assisted copywriting
  Skills
• Confident in basic-to-intermediate video editing
• Proficient with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Strong command of short-form content formats — Reels and Shorts
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of current trends and viral formats
• Ability to write compelling hooks and build narrative-driven storytelling
• Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms

• Understanding of US B2B content, American humor, and owner/entrepreneur mindset

  Language

• English at a level sufficient to create content for a US B2B audience

Шукаємо досвідченого Linkbuilder’а, який буде відповідальний за побудову зовнішніх посилань, роботу з outreach-майданчиками та розвиток лінк-профілю клієнтських проєктів.

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи у лінкбілдингу від 1 року (англомовні ринки).
• Розуміння основ SEO, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Majestic, Google Sheets.
• Досвід роботи з outreach-стратегіями: guest posts, link insertions, каталоги тощо.
• Вміння оцінювати якість донора (DR, traffic, spam score, релевантність).
• Навички ведення перемовин з вебмайстрами / копірайтерами / майданчиками.
• Дисципліна, увага до дедлайнів, системність у задачах.

Обовʼязки:

• Досвід роботи на позиції link builder не менше 1 року.
• Побудова лінк-профілю для проєктів у США та ЄС.
• Outreach, ведення баз, переговори щодо розміщень.
• Пошук нових донорів, аналіз конкурентів.
• Контроль публікацій, звітність, оновлення таблиць.
• Співпраця з копірайтерами (теми, ТЗ, контроль якості статей).
• Моніторинг беклінків та уникнення токсичних посилань.
• Відповідальність, організованість і бажання розвиватися у сфері digital-маркетингу.
• Вища освіта буде перевагою.
• Готовність працювати дистанційно.
