    As we continue to expand, we are looking for an SMM Specialist to strengthen our social media presence, manage multiple projects, and support growth through consistent, well-positioned content.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
    • Manage social media accounts for both the company and its internal projects
    • Optimize social media profiles, improve positioning, and grow engaged audiences
    • Create and publish engaging content (posts, briefs for visuals, short-form video, stories)
    • Produce short-form video content such as Reels and Shorts 
    • Work with AI-powered tools for content creation, ideation, and optimization
    • Plan content calendars and coordinate with designers
    • Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a professional tone
    • Support paid social campaigns in collaboration with the performance team

       

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or content management
    • Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms
    • Experience working with analytics tools (native platform analytics)
    • Excellent English writing skills

    💻 Work schedule:
