You are:

- A digital enthusiast with hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Magento, Adobe Commerce, Shopify,

WooCommerce, etc. Knowledge of Hybris will be a plus

- Hands-on experience with CMS including Drupal

- A professional SEO familiarity;

- Knowledgeable in web analytics tools and other optimization tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SessionCam etc);

- Confident in English on Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal);

With you we will:

- Execute content, product, promotion management in Magento2;

- Perform Q&A activities upon introduction of any change on the digital landscape;

- Carry off End-to-end testing prior to release (NDG.COM and Mobile Apps);

- Implement SEO optimization;

- Configure and Q&A existing features on Magento2 platform;

- Track market requests and key activities delivered for the business, report on key activities delivered.

• Data collection and quality checks - precise analysis of data provided by Agency/Markets:
• Ensure data availability within the approved deadline,

• Follow-up with data provider contacts as necessary to guarantee data readiness to generate a set of reports within the approved deadline. In case of incomplete or incorrect info NBS employee reverts back to data providers for clarification or rework.
• Support - consulting users on reports-related topics and preparing additional instructions.
• General administration - managing reports archive and updating distribution lists.
• Ad-hoc analysis - performing deeper analysis of the data on request

Key requirements:

• Proven knowledge in Excel, Power BI;
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate: spoken and written).
• Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks;

With you we will:  

• Develop, maintain, and improve websites built on Drupal 9–11+
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following Drupal best practices and coding standards.

• Integrate 3rd party API
• Work with Entity API, Config API, Routing, Forms, Permissions, and Caching systems.

• Participate in code reviews, testing and bug fixing.
• Refactor deprecated code and ensure compatibility with new core or module versions.

• Write and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.

Key requirements:

• Strong knowledge of PHP, OOP, and design patterns, specifically MVC.
• Experience with CMS platforms, like Drupal, Magento, WordPress, or Symfony-based systems (Drupal 9–11+ preffered)
• Experience with routing, data modeling, caching, configuration management, and integrating REST APIs — including third-party services
• Experience with database design and optimization using MySQL/MariaDB.
• Proficient in writing clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Experience with Composer, Git, and command-line tools.
• Experience with debugging and profiling tools such as Xdebug.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and templating engines like Twig.
• Basic understanding of Linux (Ubuntu) and experience with Docker is a plus.

A day in the life of...

Execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions in General Ledger:

• Process Manual Journal requests and prepare accurate and timely acco unt reconciliation and other reports;
• Identify and investigate unreconciled balances, differences in balances of various source and subsidiary ledgers and/or reports;
• Process all systematic posting and prepare the specific information for Tax reporting;
• Provide Tax reporting to Retained organization on regular basis;
• Perform checks and controls according to Standards;
• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
• Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestle Best Practices.

What will make you successful

• Master degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance;
• Good knowledge of business processes provided by NBS Lviv, preferably experience in AP, AR, PY stream.
