We are looking for an Outreach Specialist to join our Nebula Marketing Team. We need a team player who will improve the quality of backlinks to our website by implementing non-traditional link-building methods (digital PR, working with Qwoted, Wikipedia, etc.) and will assist with other off-page SEO activities.

Your tasks:

• Launching digital PR campaigns;
• Managing Wikipedia link placements;
• Creating content that passively attracts backlinks;
• Participating and launching other link-building activities;

• Working with Qwoted/HARO and similar platforms, regularly searching for and responding to relevant queries.

   

About you:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Your English level is Advanced;
• Experience in working with Ahrefs;
• Experience in MuckRack or Roxhill Media or other similar tools;
• Experience in digital PR (mass PR pitching);

• Attention to detail and proactiveness.

Having already seen the value that strong UX writing brings to our product, we’re now looking for a second UX Writer to help us expand this expertise, ensure a consistent voice and tone across all product flows, and elevate the user experience while supporting our brand and business goals.

Your impact:

• Craft new copy from scratch based on inputs from growth managers and product teams for new positioning.
• Audit existing funnels and eliminate drop-offs caused by unclear UX, complex text, and hard-to-understand screens.
• Review and optimize calls-to-action (CTAs) to enhance conversions and drive desired user behaviors.
• Develop and manage a backlog of hypotheses for UX copy improvements based on ongoing tests and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Product team on microcopy for consistent UX and improved metrics.

About you:
 

• 1 year of experience in UX writing.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and writing for user interfaces.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Deep empathy for users and the ability to see things from their perspective.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and drive actionable improvements.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving.

Твої задачі:
 

• Керуй командою з 2 DevOps-інженерів: підтримуй, ментори, розвивай інженерний рівень.
• Будуй надійні та ефективні CI/CD-процеси на базі GitLab CI.
• Використовуй Terraform та Ansible для автоматизації конфігурації, розгортань і масштабувань.
• Впроваджуй Observabiity culture: логування, моніторинг, альорти (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Оптимізуй витрати, продуктивність і масштабованість інфраструктури в AWS та DigitalOcean.
• Забезпечуй високу доступність через Kubernetes, autoscaling, резервне копіювання та disaster recovery.
• Співпрацюй з технічними командами у питаннях архітектури, продуктивності, навантаження та capacity planning.
   

Твій досвід:
 

• 5+ років у DevOps/SRE.
• 2+ роки у ролі тімліда або менторстві.
• Глибокі знання GitLab, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible.
• Впевнене володіння Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Opsgenie.
• Експертиза у використанні Helm та GitOps-підходів.
• Сильний досвід роботи з AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, EKS, Cloudfront).
• Досвід адміністрування MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, MongoDB.
• Знання сучасних фреймворків (Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js).
• Володіння принципами Infrastructure as Code, автоматизованим тестуванням у пайплайнах, прогресивними підходами до розгортання.
• Глибоке розуміння управління трафіком (Istio, Traefik, Cloudflare)
