We are seeking a proactive Email Marketing Specialist with product mindset to join our Retention team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive system of retention tools that are designed to increase user activation and retention. With full ownership of these instruments, you will have the autonomy to implement updates and improvements to enhance product metrics and make impact on overall product performance.

So you'll be joining a strong group of professionals, collaborating to drive retention strategies forward.

Your impact:

– Manage and optimize automated omnichannel campaigns across email, web push, mobile push and SMS channels to drive customer engagement and retention;

– Conduct A/B tests and analyze the results to optimize key email-marketing and product metrics;

– Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor email marketing and retention strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

About you:

– 0,6 year of experience with email automatization campaigns: user onboarding, activation, engagement, and churn-reduction campaigns;

– Understanding of digital marketing and email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, GPPR and CCPA requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, IP / Domain reputation;

– Excellent analytical skills with a focus on making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign performance;

– Experience with A/B testing;

– Upper-Intermediate English language skills and strong copywriting skills to create compelling content that resonates with our audience;

– Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and ideas for campaigns success;

– Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free campaigns;

Now, we are actively looking for General QA Engineer to join our Nebula tech team. As a QA Engineer at OBRIO you will be mainly responsible for testing of Web apps of the product (for web automation we use TS + Playwright)

Team: Cross-functional team consisting of backend and frontend engineers, PM, GQA and QA Automation Engineers.
 

Your impact:

• You will take active part in planning and estimation of QA activities;
• You will work closely with QA team to ensure top quality of deliverables; 
• You will perform testing of the Web-application including API testing;
• You will work closely with the database to ensure proper data storage; 
• You will write and maintain test artifacts: test cases, checklists, test plans; 
• You will report product defects and suggest ideas for process/product improvement;
• You will automate test scenarios that were previously tested manually.
   

Our requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA engineering and 1 year in test automation (preferably JS or TS)
• Experience in API and web-testing; 
• Clear understanding of client-server architecture;
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (RDB);
• Experience in reading logs (Kibana, Grafana, else);
• Basic OOP knowledge;
• Experience in writing tests with JS/TS + Playwright/Cypress or similar test frameworks;
• Experience with any type of network-proxy, such as ProxyMan, Charles, Fiddler or else;
• Good understanding and solid knowledge of web set: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, DevTools.

As a Back-End Developer, your primary mission will be to implement new functionalities aimed at bolstering user activity within our application. You'll collaborate closely with our growth team. 

Your impact:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, iOS, Android, and frontend developers, QA testers, product managers, analysts and marketing specialists
• Take ownership of technical decisions and propose enhancements to project processes and innovations.
• Implement new functionalities to support the team in achieving financial objectives.
• Contribute to the improvement of the project’s architecture.

• Enhance the growth-related aspects of our product, including Funnel builder, analytics, system stability. 

   

About you:

• We are ready to consider candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong technical skills in database management and messaging systems.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.

• Strong orientation towards results, autonomy, adaptability, and initiative.

As we establish and grow our data platform and data engineering team, we’re looking for a fourth Data Engineer to join us. You’ll team up with Daniil Yolkin, our Lead Data Engineer, along with data analysts in different domains (product, payments, marketing etc.), to optimize processes and craft innovative solutions that drive the business forward.

Our technical stack: AWS, Airflow, Redshift, SQL, Python, Git.

Your impact:
 

• Maintain and optimize existing data processes in Airflow;
• Extract and process data from RESTful APIs and OLTP systems;
• Develop and enhance a scalable data platform on Redshift.
   

About You:
 

• 1+ years of experience working with data;
• Proficient in Python for ETL/ELT processes (Airflow, PySpark, or similar);
• Strong SQL knowledge (Postgres or similar);
• Experience working with RESTful APIs;
• Familiar with analytical database architectures (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault, Medallion);
• Experience with cloud-native analytical databases (Redshift or similar);
• Hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS or similar);
• Worked with big data storage/processing tools (AWS MWAA, AWS Glue, Redshift);
• Familiar with orchestration tools (Apache Airflow or similar).

Nice To Have:
 

• Experience with streaming analytics;
• Writing Data Quality scripts;
• Experience with external RESTful APIs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
