About the Role
We're seeking a GTM Engineer / B2B Lead Generator who combines technical expertise with sales development acumen. In this hybrid role, you'll operate within outbound lead generation systems that power our clients' growth engines. You will work closely with the tools like clay & smartlead.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) for B2B service companies
- Build and segment targeted prospect lists using research tools and data enrichment platforms
- Craft compelling messaging and personalized outreach sequences that drive engagement and book qualified meetings
- Manage appointment setting and qualification processes, ensuring high-quality handoffs to sales teams
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
Technical & Systems Engineering
- Build and optimize CRM workflows, automation sequences, and lead scoring models
- Integrate and configure sales tech stack tools (CRM, email automation, LinkedIn tools, data enrichment platforms)
- Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency
- Set up tracking, analytics, and reporting dashboards to measure campaign performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize deliverability, response rates, and conversion metrics
Strategy & Optimization
- Analyze campaign data to identify patterns, test hypotheses, and continuously improve performance
- Research target markets, industries, and ideal customer profiles to refine targeting strategies
- Stay current on GTM best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging tools
- Collaborate with clients to understand their offerings and translate them into effective outbound messaging
- Document processes, create playbooks, and share knowledge across the team
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR/BDR role, or sales development
- Technical proficiency: comfortable with APIs, n8n/Zapier/Make
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting-setting targets
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, personalized outreach messages
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign metrics and optimizing for performance
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience serving B2B service companies (consulting, IT services, agencies, SaaS)
- Knowledge of email deliverability, domain reputation, and technical compliance
