Natural Links

About Natural Links

Natural Links is an SEO agency and link-building platform helping businesses grow organically. We combine SEO strategy, content marketing, and scalable link-building solutions to deliver measurable, data-driven growth for our clients across international markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Linkbuilder to join our growing SEO team.
In this role, you will focus on high-efficiency execution: creating crowd marketing links, directory/catalog submissions, profile links, and multi-tier link structures (Tier 2/Tier 3) to boost client visibility.
This position is ideal for someone who works fast, stays organized, and thrives in high-volume, performance-driven SEO tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute link placement campaigns: Regularly build crowd links (forum comments, Q&A platforms, local communities), directory submissions, profile links, and catalog placements.
• Build multi-tier link structures: Deploy Tier 2 and Tier 3 link layers to strengthen existing backlink profiles.
• Optimize speed & volume: Maintain high productivity and accuracy to meet daily and weekly link-building targets.
• Data management: Accurate record-keeping, tracking completed placements in spreadsheets and internal reporting tools.
• Collaborate with SEO Strategists: Follow technical guidelines, anchor lists, and donor requirements provided by the SEO team.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and off-page optimization strategies.
• High productivity and the ability to handle repetitive, routine tasks quickly without losing quality.
• Familiarity with SEO metrics (DR, DA, spam score) and tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).
• Basic HTML knowledge (anchor tags, page structures, profile setups).
• Strong attention to detail and self-discipline.
• Intermediate English level (written) to engage naturally on international forums and platforms.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation tied to performance and efficiency.
• 30 business days of paid time off.
• Flexible working schedule focused on output and autonomy.
• Professional development and clear internal growth opportunities within a fast-growing agency.
• Supportive, friendly team culture with experience in international SEO projects.

We are an SEO & Growth Ecosystem for iGaming, turning organic search into a scalable source of new players and FTDs for casino and betting brands. We combine full-cycle SEO, link building and brand protection to attract high-intent users, convert search demand into players and protect the traffic brands have already earned.

The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager  to drive revenue growth across the international iGaming & Affiliate ecosystem.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from proactive outbound prospecting and database mining to pitch-closing complex B2B deals and representing our brand at major global offline conferences.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Pipeline: Independently source, engage, and qualify decision-makers via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted outbound, and strategic CRM database mining.
• Full-Cycle Execution: Run sharp discovery calls, uncover client bottlenecks, and position our value proposition around business impact (ROI, LTV, conversion velocity) rather than feature lists or price cuts.
• Close Strategic Deals: Craft custom Commercial Proposals, hold a firm peer-to-peer posture with C-Level executives, and defend margin without defaulting to discounts.
• Global Event Pitching: Own on-site meetings, networking, and live pitching at international industry conferences, converting event leads into closed revenue.
• Pipeline Discipline: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Pipedrive) to preserve deal context, account mapping, and clear forecasting.

What You Bring

• 1.5+ Years in B2B Sales: Proven track record in full-cycle B2B deals, outbound prospecting, and strategic closing.
• Language & Mobility: Fluent English (Strong B2+ / C1) for pitch-level negotiations; valid legal grounds and physical mobility for international business travel.
• Value-Based Selling: Ability to frame solutions around economics, unit margins, and client ROI.
• Self-Drive & Resilience: Internal locus of control—you take 100% ownership of your pipeline, learn from lost deals, and execute without micro-management.
• Domain Fluency: Solid understanding of digital growth mechanics, performance metrics, and the iGaming/Affiliate landscape (or rapid adaptability to it).

What We Offer

• Remote-first, international team
• Flexible schedule, transparent KPIs
• 30 business days paid time off
• Paid travel to major iGaming events
• Direct influence on affiliate growth

About Natural Links

Natural Links is an international link-building ecosystem with 400+ professionals and a database of 50,000+ domains. We operate across high-competition iGaming markets and run our own portfolio of review and affiliate properties. We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with strong technical fundamentals and real hands-on experience in satellite networks and parasite SEO - someone comfortable managing multiple asset types simultaneously and driving results across all of them.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll run SEO across multiple asset types in the iGaming niche: review sites (keyword strategy, on-page, content briefs, traffic growth), mono-brand satellite networks (site structure, interlinking, deployment, footprint control), and parasite SEO campaigns on high-authority third-party platforms targeting branded and non-branded queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage mono-brand satellite sites: domain selection, site structure, interlinking, content planning
• Execute parasite SEO campaigns across relevant platforms targeting branded and non-branded queries
• Own keyword strategy and on-page optimization for internal review properties
• Perform technical SEO audits: crawlability, indexation, site speed, hreflang
• Source and evaluate expired/dropped domains for satellite and PBN deployments
• Track rankings, traffic, and SERP composition across the full asset portfolio; report weekly
• Coordinate with copywriters, link builders, and web developers on our internal infrastructure

Requirements

• 2+ years of iGaming SEO experience with provable results
• Real hands-on parasite SEO - you’ve run actual campaigns, not just read about them
• Satellite experience - you’ve built or maintained mono-brand or niche satellite networks, understand interlinking logic and footprint avoidance
• Technical SEO: PBNs, rapid site deployment, CMS management, cloaking
• Tools: Ahrefs, DataForSEO (or SEMrush), Screaming Frog, GSC - daily use, not occasional
• Analytical: you can read a SERP, understand why a page ranks, reverse-engineer a competitor’s strategy
• Strong written English for briefs, strategies, and reports

Nice to Have

• Experience with brand-in-brand or cross-brand SERP strategies
• International SEO: hreflang, geo-targeting, localization
• Expired domain evaluation: DA/DR, link profile analysis, history checks
• Basic HTML/CSS and crawl mechanics knowledge
