What you’ll do

• Collect and update conference leads in real time
• Research companies and decision-makers (SEO / digital marketing)
• Build and segment lead lists
• Source contacts via LinkedIn, websites, and databases
• Verify and enrich data
• Prepare lists for SDR outreach
• Keep CRM clean and structured
• Track lead quality and improve research
• Use AI tools to speed up workflows

What we expect

• 1+ year in lead generation or data research
• Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Crunchbase, or similar
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
• Conference lead gen experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• English B1+

Nice to have

• SEO / link building knowledge
• Experience in affiliate, iGaming, crypto, or forex

Key Responsibilities
 

• Conduct deep market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and execute keyword strategies tailored for international markets.
• Optimize website structures, content, and on-page elements to improve visibility.
• Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, dev, link building) to deliver SEO improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance to stakeholders.
• Support commercial proposals with data-driven SEO insights.

Qualifications
 

• 2+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of international SEO and algorithm dynamics.
• Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to run technical audits and apply fixes.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have:
 

• Experience in gambling, affiliate, or other high-competition niches.
• Familiarity with CRO/UX or advanced link-building strategies.
• Understanding of localization, hreflang, and international SEO best practices.

• Stay updated on industry trends to improve client and project management approaches
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues efficiently
• Lead regular internal meetings to communicate project updates and collect feedback
• Manage ongoing communication with clients, including:
  • Sharing promotional offers and service updates
  • Discussing new orders and clarifying specific requirements
     

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Support Manager role; experience in Project or Account Management is highly preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and teams
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with SEO practices
• Experience working with clients from fast-evolving or regulated industries, such as fintech, SaaS, iGaming, or crypto
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive)
• Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable
