What You Will Lead & Drive

• Team Leadership & Process Architecture: Build, scale, and mentor an in-house SEO team (outreachers, content managers, PBN specialists). Set OKRs/KPIs, streamline team workflows, and foster an engineering/data-driven mindset.
• Strategy & Resource Ownership: Identify top-performing GEOs and target brands. Plan satellite expansion, allocate SEO budgets, and take full P&L accountability for the network's performance.
• Technical SEO & Automation: Architect scalable SEO systems, build automated content workflows via OpenAI API, and run structured experiments with clear outcome tracking.
• Analytics & Risk Detection: Build custom monitoring dashboards (Ahrefs, GSC, Keitaro), run launch cohort analyses to uncover success signals, and deploy automated alert systems for problem domains.
• On-Page & Link Building Strategy: Guide money page architecture and internal linking models. Oversee automated, scalable link-building pipelines while enforcing strict quality standards.
• Competitor Intelligence: Track, map, and reverse-engineer competitor satellite setups to turn their strategies into your roadmap.
   

Who You Are

• Proven SEO Leadership: 1+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and managing an SEO team (or a pod of specialists) in high-velocity niches.
• iGaming Niche Expertise: Deep track record in gambling/casino affiliate SEO, PBN, and satellite network management.
• Systems & Automation Mindset: Practical experience connecting APIs (e.g., OpenAI) and using tools to scale routine content, SEO, and operational tasks across the team.
• Analytical Precision: Proficient with GSC, Ahrefs, Keitaro, Looker Studio, and cohort analysis.
• Outcome-Oriented Ownership: A strong internal drive to own the entire pipeline-from hypothesis and team delegation to measurable revenue impact.

We combine full-cycle SEO, link building and brand protection to attract high-intent users, convert search demand into players and protect the traffic brands have already earned. 

The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager  to drive revenue growth across the international iGaming & Affiliate ecosystem.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from proactive outbound prospecting and database mining to pitch-closing complex B2B deals and representing our brand at major global offline conferences.
 

What You’ll Do

• Drive Pipeline: Independently source, engage, and qualify decision-makers via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted outbound, and strategic CRM database mining.
• Full-Cycle Execution: Run sharp discovery calls, uncover client bottlenecks, and position our value proposition around business impact (ROI, LTV, conversion velocity) rather than feature lists or price cuts.
• Close Strategic Deals: Craft custom Commercial Proposals, hold a firm peer-to-peer posture with C-Level executives, and defend margin without defaulting to discounts.
• Global Event Pitching: Own on-site meetings, networking, and live pitching at international industry conferences, converting event leads into closed revenue.
• Pipeline Discipline: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Pipedrive) to preserve deal context, account mapping, and clear forecasting.
   

What You Bring

• 1.5+ Years in B2B Sales: Proven track record in full-cycle B2B deals, outbound prospecting, and strategic closing.
• Language & Mobility: Fluent English (Strong B2+ / C1) for pitch-level negotiations; valid legal grounds and physical mobility for international business travel.
• Value-Based Selling: Ability to frame solutions around economics, unit margins, and client ROI.
• Self-Drive & Resilience: Internal locus of control—you take 100% ownership of your pipeline, learn from lost deals, and execute without micro-management.
• Domain Fluency: Solid understanding of digital growth mechanics, performance metrics, and the iGaming/Affiliate landscape (or rapid adaptability to it).
