This is a Client Success role.

You are responsible for ensuring that SEO and link-building projects are clearly understood, properly executed by internal teams, and delivered on time and according to client expectations.

You are not focused on selling or acquiring new clients - your core mission is stable, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction through strong coordination and communication.

     In this role, you will:
 

• Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients
• Translate client requests into clear, actionable tasks for SEO and production teams
• Ensure timely delivery of SEO/link-building projects according to agreed scope
• Coordinate communication between clients, SEO team, and production teams
• Track project progress, deadlines, and execution quality
• Identify and remove blockers in delivery workflows
• Run internal syncs to align priorities across teams
• Maintain structured and predictable delivery flow for multiple accounts

     Requirements
 

• 1.5+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Delivery (agency experience is a strong plus)
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to structure tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in client communication and expectation management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle delivery blockers proactively

     Preferred Skills & Qualities
 

• Familiarity with SEO practices and link-building terminology.
• Experience working with clients from fast-evolving or regulated industries (Fintech, SaaS, iGaming, Crypto).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and task management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive).
• Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply accountable for the final result.

• Confident written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for daily communication with international clients (email and chat are primary channels)

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand SERP Control: Monopolize search results for clients' branded queries.
• Satellite Management: Build and promote satellite networks via Brand-in-Brand and Cross-Brand strategies.
• Competitor Monitoring & SERM: Detect traffic hijacking attempts and eliminate negative search results.
• PBN & Drops: Source, evaluate, and deploy high-quality expired domains.
• Collaboration: Work with in-house link builders, copywriters, and webmasters using our platform's infrastructure.

 Requirements:

• iGaming Experience: 1+ years of proven SEO results in Gambling/Betting.
• Brand Protection: Solid understanding of brand defense strategies in SERP.
• Satellite Expertise: Hands-on experience with Brand-in-Brand / Cross-Brand setups and complex interlinking.
• Technical SEO: Experience with PBNs, rapid site deployment, various CMSs, and cloaking.
• SEO Tools: Mastery of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GSC.

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join a mature affiliate business operating large-scale networks of satellite websites across multiple GEOs within the gambling industry.
This is not an early-stage startup where processes are still being invented. You will join an established operation with proven workflows, internal automation, scalable infrastructure, and a team focused on sustainable long-term growth.

What You'll Be Working On
As a SEO Specialist, you will own and develop affiliate website projects targeting casino brands, gambling products, and game-related search demand across international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Managing and growing affiliate satellite websites across multiple GEOs
• Improving on-page SEO, content optimization, internal linking, and website architecture
• Developing and executing scalable link-building strategies
• Monitoring rankings, organic traffic, indexing, crawlability, and performance metrics
• Identifying growth opportunities, traffic gaps, and scaling opportunities
• Collaborating with content, technical, and operational teams to drive SEO performance
• Contributing to broader affiliate SEO strategies and testing new approaches

What We're Looking For

Required experience:
 

• Proven hands-on experience in gambling affiliate SEO
• Deep understanding of satellite websites, money pages, affiliate funnels, and SEO monetization models
• Experience managing large website portfolios
• Strong expertise in link building within competitive niches
• Advanced knowledge of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other SEO analysis tools
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of results

Nice to Have
 

• Experience working with PBNs, crowd links, and tiered link-building strategies
• Experience building or using SEO automation workflows
• Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates affecting gambling SERPs
• Experience with Keitaro or similar affiliate tracking platforms
