Role overview

We are looking for a proactive sales-driven specialist who understands B2B SaaS dynamics and is comfortable working with performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone with early B2B SaaS experience who wants to grow in Sales Operations and HubSpot automation within a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with leads and existing clients via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Maintain and support HubSpot CRM hygiene
• Assist in building and optimizing workflows, sequences, and automations in HubSpot
• Help set up lead scoring, pipeline stages, and basic reporting dashboards
• Manage subscription updates and renewals (Stripe)
• Support the sales team with CRM updates and conversion tracking

Requirements

• 1+ year in B2B SaaS (sales, marketing, or operations)
• Basic hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and sequences
• Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline structure
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
• Located in Ukraine or Europe (CET/EET time zones).

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon sellers or Amazon analytics tools.
• Experience in client/sales calls
• Basic familiarity with subscription-based SaaS tools (Stripe)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation/Sales specialist with 1+ year of B2B experience, comfortable with numbers, and not afraid of a fast-moving SaaS workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with leads and existing clients via email, messages, LinkedIn, etc.. 
• Manage subscription changes, renewals, and updates (Stripe).
• Support leads throughout the full sales cycle.
• Keep CRM records up-to-date.
• Work with the sales team on feedback collection, reporting and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales/marketing experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
• Comfortable with numbers and simple analytics.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
• Located in Ukraine or Europe (CET/EET time zones).
