We are an analytics software company (SaaS) focused on delivering clear, actionable insights to our clients. Our reporting system is built on Power BI Pro, and we are currently migrating to Power BI Embedded. 

All data pipelines are fully automated — no manual data pulling. Your role will focus on dashboards development, metric creation, and performance optimization.
 

Role Overview

We are looking for a Power BI Data Analyst/Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI. You will work on both standardized internal dashboards and custom reporting solutions for clients. This position requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills when discussing reporting requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and data models.
• Optimize report performance, speed, and user experience.
• Implement and manage row-level security (RLS) and user access logic.
• Create calculated metrics (DAX) and data transformations where needed.
• Work with Power Automate for workflows and integration where applicable.
• Support the migration to Power BI Embedded.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with Power BI in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and report design best practices.
• Experience with Power Automate is a plus.
• SQL basic knowledge
• English level B1 or above.
• Located in Europe or Ukraine.

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Power BI Embedded and RLS.
• Amazon / E-commerce background
