Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new publishers while maintaining relationships with existing ones to scale traffic.
• Collaborate with various traffic sources, including push notifications, pop-under ads, Facebook, UAC, and SEO, to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze campaign metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV) and implement strategies to maximize results.
• Develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships through consistent communication and support with publishers.
• Monitor traffic quality, identify suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and innovative traffic solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
 

• Minimum 2 years of iGaming affiliate marketing experience (MUST)
• A strong familiarization with existing sweepstake publishers - big advantage
• Strong understanding of traffic sources (e.g., push, pop-under, Facebook, SEO), payment models (CPC, CPA, CPL, CPI, etc.), and affiliate program mechanics.
• Proficiency in tracking platforms such as MyAffiliate and similar tools.
• A solution-driven approach with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
• An analytical mindset where you can see the opportunity in your data - knows how to translate Hybrid deals to CPA / Rev share and vice versa.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• BA/BSc, preferably in a quantitative field

Job Description

Murka is looking for a Support Manager to join our team.

The Support Specialist is the main link between players and developers, exploring all the wishes of users and the problems they may encounter, as well as being the first to come to help users.

Responsibilities

helping players in solving in-game and technical issues;

processing user requests within the framework of targets (KPI);

investigation of in-game situations;

tracking Facebook fan pages, replying to users in private messages, and making comments under their posts;

working with user reviews in the Google Console;

reporting on users' activity based on data from AppAnnie, Helpshift, and Zendesk;

drafting instructions and F.A.Q.
