Responsibilities

• Take ownership of architectural decisions and drive the technical evolution of the backend stack

Requirements

This is a technical, builder-first role at the intersection of GTM, data, and automation.

A systems builder.

You’ll own the GTM system end-to-end — from data pipelines and enrichment to outbound automation and CRM workflows.

What You’ll Own

We are looking for a Head of Revenue & Sales Growth to take full ownership of our sales and outbound growth function and develop it into a structured, predictable, and scalable revenue engine.

The company already has solid foundations, but there is a strong opportunity to improve consistency, pipeline quality, and overall commercial performance. You will work directly with the senior leadership team, operating at the intersection of sales, delivery, and company strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a high-performing outbound system, improving conversion efficiency, and ensuring stable revenue growth through structured execution rather than ad-hoc sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

You will own and lead the full sales and outbound growth function, including:

• Building a structured and scalable sales and outbound system
• Defining ICPs, segmentation, and account prioritisation strategy
• Designing and managing outbound pipelines (email, LinkedIn, account-based outreach, sequencing, CRM workflows)
• Establishing feedback loops between lead generation, discovery, and closed deals to improve quality and conversion rates
• Leading and developing a small lead generation team (3 specialists), ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance
• Driving pre-sales activities, including opportunity discovery, estimation, and solution shaping with delivery and engineering teams
• Ensuring consistent deal flow and improving overall sales effectiveness
• Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Aligning sales activity with delivery capacity, financial constraints, and company priorities
• Building forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting systems for leadership decision-making
• Analysing performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and continuously improving execution
• Supporting account-based and targeted outbound initiatives where relevant

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles in B2B tech or IT services
• Proven experience improving or scaling outbound-driven sales functions
• Strong understanding of longer-cycle, relationship-based B2B sales processes
• Hands-on experience with pre-sales, estimation, and solution design

Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you sit at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. You're the technical owner of customer outcomes — hands-on in the code, embedded in the customer relationship, and responsible for turning an edge intelligence platform into measurable performance wins for top ecommerce brands.

This is not a support role. You'll be debugging JavaScript in production, writing transform scripts, configuring caching rules, and troubleshooting complex CDN behavior across Shopify, SFCC, and custom storefronts. You'll own the full technical lifecycle from onboarding through optimization, working directly with merchant engineering teams and translating their stack into the platform.

About the product

This is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS product designed to help ecommerce brands drive conversion and performance. The platform uses smart caching and a globally distributed edge network to reduce latency, improve Core Web Vitals, and deliver measurable revenue uplift.

The Edge Delivery Engine accelerates ecommerce storefronts by serving fully cached pages from 310+ edge locations — each within 50ms of most of the world's population. Rather than replacing a merchant's existing stack, it works alongside it: intercepting requests at the edge, serving pre-cached HTML at sub-200ms TTFB, and applying intelligent transform scripts to handle personalization, A/B tests, and session context without breaking existing functionality.

As an FDE, you'll configure caching rules, write and debug transform scripts, diagnose TTFB regressions, and optimize cache hit rates to drive measurable performance improvements.

What you'll do

• Write, review, and debug transform scripts that modify storefront responses at the edge
• Monitor customer trials and react quickly to issues or anomalies
• Use browser DevTools and observability tools to diagnose caching issues, TTFB regressions, and personalization conflicts
• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of merchant accounts
• Build internal tooling, documentation, and playbooks to scale operations
• Provide product feedback based on real-world use cases

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing or engineering role (solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, full stack, etc.)
• Strong JavaScript skills (reading, writing, debugging in browser context)
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals: HTTP, caching, CDNs, DNS, browser rendering
• Experience with Shopify storefronts (Liquid, Hydrogen, headless) is a plus
• Familiarity with enterprise ecommerce platforms is a bonus
• Ability to work in production environments and troubleshoot under pressure
• Strong communication skills
