We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our talented community of professionals in our Warsaw office and contribute to the ongoing success of our leading mobile gaming products.
 

The Site Reliability department focuses on ensuring the continuous smooth operation of live production systems that serve millions of players globally. You will support production activities by troubleshooting, developing, maintaining, and documenting technical solutions related to Moon Active’s production infrastructure.
 

Responsibilities

• Ongoing monitoring and control of the availability of the different services of the production 24/7
• Monitoring and detecting problems in the production environment, as well as 1st and 2nd tier infrastructure and application troubleshooting
• Working within Operations with interfaces to Product, R&D and Support teams to escalate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Ensuring proper documentation is provided for all supported SRE activities and standards

Requirements

• Experience with Linux based systems
• Scripting experience (Python/Bash/etc)
• Basic monitoring experience
• Good communications skills
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability and motivation to work in a team and in rotating shifts 24/7 (~3-6 night shifts a month)
• Proficiency in English

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development with proven experience building complex, production-grade systems
• 2+ years of Unity development on 2D mobile platforms with deep expertise in Unity’s scripting APIs, rendering pipeline, UI systems, animation framework, and profiling tools
• Expert-level C# with strong understanding of language features, performance characteristics, and modern coding practices
• Solid CS fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural decision-making
• Mobile optimization mastery: Deep understanding of memory management, draw call optimization, asset bundling, and platform-specific performance considerations
• Architectural mindset: Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable systems and make sound technical decisions in complex codebases
• Quality-driven: Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, Unity Test Framework) and commitment to code quality
• Strong collaborator: Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken

• Collaborate with designers, editors and motion artists in creating 3D content: from Full CG videos and motion graphics to VFX in live-action videos
