    We are a fast-growing credit consulting company that helps clients boost personal credit and obtain business credit. We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, and trustworthy bilingual virtual assistant (Russian & English) to join our team.
     

    This role requires working Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We need someone who actually works during work hours, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of tasks.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Onboard new clients and guide them through the credit improvement and business credit process
    • Communicate with clients in English and Russian (calls, messages, emails)
    • Answer client questions and provide ongoing support
    • Manage CRM systems and client records
    • Draft emails, follow-ups, and client communications
    • Be proactive and creative in solving client issues
    • Assist with sales-related tasks when needed
       

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
    • Fast computer and high-speed stable internet
    • Excellent typing and writing skills
    • Experience working with CRM systems and email communication
    • Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
    • Ability to work independently and follow SOPs
    • Sales experience is a big plus

    We need a disciplined professional who actually works during work hours, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of results.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary contact for English and Russian-speaking clients via calls, messages, and emails
    • Onboard new clients and guide them through the credit improvement and business credit process
    • Provide proactive support, troubleshoot issues creatively, and resolve ongoing client inquiries
    • Manage CRM systems, maintain client records, and draft professional communications
    • Assist with sales-related tasks and lead follow-ups when needed
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to customer health to mitigate risks and improve retention
       

    Must Have

    • Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken)
    • Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
    • Experience working with CRM systems and email communication
    • Ability to create, follow, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Fast computer and stable high-speed internet
    • Excellent typing and professional writing skills
       

    Nice to Have

    • Prior experience in Sales or B2C Account Management
    • Experience in the financial or credit industries
    • Ability to handle high-stakes conversations with various stakeholders
