We are looking for an Accountant to take care of source documents and day-to-day bookkeeping for our Cyprus company. You’ll process invoices in Xero, support bank reconciliation, post manual journals based on prepared data, and help collect the information needed for Cyprus reporting, including VAT and the balance sheet. 📍 What to Do

• Enter and process incoming and outgoing invoices in Xero
• Check source documents for accuracy: company details, dates, amounts, currencies, and other key parameters
• Perform partial bank reconciliation in Xero
• Post manual journals based on pre-prepared data
• Prepare and organize information for the calculation and submission of Cyprus reporting
• Keep accounting data and documents accurate, up to date, and well-organized

• Own a portfolio of several VIP players and develop an individual approach for each one of them
• Decide on personal offers and rewards yourself, within set limits. Only critical cases get escalated to the Shift Lead
• Track player activity and act before they do: spot behavior changes, choose the right action, and run it
• Reach out first with offers, event updates, or a simple check-in. Don’t wait for players to message you first
