Position Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our EU Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within technology, telecommunications, or AI industries. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling. You will also be instrumental in securing demo agreements and facilitating the provision of product demonstrations to potential clients. You will help drive revenue growth and expand ModPhone.AI’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect new business opportunities through email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, following up consistently to move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present ModPhone.AI’s solutions effectively.
• Secure demo agreements and schedule product demonstrations with prospects.
• Conduct product demos to showcase how ModPhone.AI’s solutions address client needs and drive value.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Close deals and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
• Candidate is based in Ukraine
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or AI sectors.
• Strong experience in generating leads and closing sales through email outreach, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Exceptional ability to present, engage, and persuade prospective clients in a professional and compelling manner.
• Demonstrated success in securing demo agreements and delivering impactful product demonstrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fluency in German is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach tools.
• Developed organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Quick to grasp complex product features and communicate their value clearly to potential clients.
