Role Overview

• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech or banking
• Strong experience defining requirements for dashboards, metrics, or analytics platforms
• Hands-on experience working with Grafana
• Understanding of digital onboarding, KYC/AML, and fraud workflows
• Strong analytical and communication skills

A Python Developer specialized in building the Data Access Layer (DAL) is responsible  for designing and maintaining the code layer that abstracts interaction with APIs,  databases, or external services. The DAL typically consists of multiple Data Access  Objects (DAO) — modular components that encapsulate the logic for retrieving,  transforming, and persisting data.

Payments run via Stripe; app consumes a GraphQL API. They need a UI/UX designer to shape the first customer-facing prototype.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own UX/UI for three core flows:
  1. Create Listing from photos → AI-assisted metadata & description
  2. Auction Experience with real-time bidding
  3. Logged-in Buyer Flow (win screen → payment handoff)
• Create pixel-perfect designs in Figma (or Paraflow → Figma), ensuring visual continuity and a cohesive design language.
