Наш працівник на цій посаді:

• Координує роботу команди внутрішніх комунікацій
• Оброблює запити внутрішніх стейкхолдерів
• Створює комунікаційні плани та концепції під запит внутрішніх стейкхолдерів
• Автоматизує процеси внутрішніх комунікацій
• Координує проєкти внутрішніх комунікацій, активно взаємодіє з крос-функціональними командами, забезпечує узгодженість та цілісність інформації
• Погоджує та за потреби розробляє текстовий та візуальний контент для корпоративних каналів комунікації (телеграм-канали, розсилки в пошту, смс-розсилки тощо)
• Забезпечує проведення заходів для працівників з метою підвищення залученості та лояльності
• Комунікує зі стейкхолдерами компанії та підрядниками (як внутрішніми, так і зовнішніми), готує брифи для спікера/дизайнерів
• Звітує про реалізовані проєкти
• Контролює бюджет внутрішніх комунікацій

Our employee in this position:

• Manages the development and implementation of the SAP SD module to optimize the "order-to-cash" process and improve business operations efficiency.
• Configures and improves sales processes, pricing, invoicing, deliveries, and credit management in SAP SD to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with the business goals of the organization.
• Conducts integration of the SAP SD module with other SAP modules, such as MM (Material Management), FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), LE (Logistics), to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Manages SAP SD projects at all stages, from design and testing to deployment and post-launch support.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues encountered during the use of SAP SD, providing continuous support to end-users to ensure uninterrupted system operation.
• Develops and maintains documentation, including test cases, user guides, and configuration manuals, to facilitate system usage.
• Configures options and integrates with external systems through EDI/IDOC to optimize processes and enhance business efficiency.

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Experience in full-cycle S/4 HANA implementation projects as a senior consultant in SD areas.
• At least 3 years of experience in configuring SD and LE modules.
• Knowledge of SD integration with other modules.
• Experience in creating functional specifications.
• Knowledge of EDI/IDOC interfaces and the ability to work effectively with ABAP developers for customization.
• Knowledge of SAP Debugger.
• Deep understanding of order-to-cash business processes.
• Proficiency in English at B1-B2 level.

Your Responsibilities in this Role:

• Lead SAP support operations and manage incidents, defects, and issues.
• Oversee SLA management and monitor NPS to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with SAP implementation, development, and support teams for effective collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement, implement lean practices, and optimize the support structure.
• Oversee system testing, validation, and ensure business process continuity and resilience.
• Engage stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

We Invite You to the Interview If You Have:

• Knowledge of SAP support practices.
• Familiarity with the ITIL Framework.
• Expertise in optimizing support practices.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ITSM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
• Expertise in multiple SAP products.
• Experience managing integrations.

• Experience in managing and optimizing SLA and NPS.
