 Desirable skills:

• 1+ years of commercial fullstack web development experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Hands-on with backend technologies: Node.js, Express, Hono
• Solid understanding of databases/ORMs (PostgreSQL, Redis, Drizzle)
• Proficiency in modern styling tools: TailwindCSS, SASS, ShadcnUI
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment (Vercel, Railway, AWS S3, Docker)
• Familiarity with authentication (Better-auth, Supabase, Clerk)
• Bacground jobs, cron using Trigger.dev
• Testing knowledge: Jest, React-testing-library, Playwright
• Best practices: Git, CI/CD, code quality mindset
• Supabase, Convex
• Experience building AI applications with Vercel AI SDK
• Experience building SaaS, business automation, or internal tools
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience
• Proficiency with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Experience with document automation (OCR, PDF data extraction)
• Ability to automate web portals, EMR/EHR interfaces, and email communication
• [Preferred] Background in healthcare projects (medical billing, claims, or clinical data workflows)
• [Bonus] Familiarity with Epic EMR, FHIR/HL7 APIs, or ICD-10 coding automation
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Intermediate or higher level of English for team communication and documentation

Project Responsibilities:

• Develop UiPath bots to automate clinical workflows in a healthcare/medical environment
• Retrieve and process patient data, vitals (e.g., heart rate), and physician notes from EMR systems (potentially Epic)
• Implement automation for extracting information from medical documents—PDFs, scanned notes, charts
• Integrate bots with healthcare APIs, hospital management software, or internal systems
• Build workflows to support ICD-10 medical coding automation and clinical data review
• Collaborate closely with healthcare and IT teams to clarify requirements, document solutions, and support system deployment
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and maintain secure, auditable automation processes
