Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, commercial, and operational roles

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines

- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)

- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health

HR Business Partnering

- Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance management, retention)

- Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and organizational development

- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals

- Drive HR best practices and contribute to policy development

Requirements

- Up to 5 years of total HR experience

- At least 2- 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in igaming (mandatory)

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment

- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory.

- Exposure to or experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role

- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Fintech & iGaming Platform 

We are seeking a commercially driven and highly technical Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the evolution of a fast-growing iGaming and fintech ecosystem operating across multiple brands and regulated markets. This role is particularly suited to senior technology leaders coming from large-scale iGaming operators, platform providers, or game studios, who are looking to transition from managing a function to owning an entire technology ecosystem end-to-end.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-moving environment where technology is central to commercial success, combining end-to-end ownership of engineering delivery with the strategic orchestration of a complex third-party platform ecosystem.

As CTO, you will be responsible for building, scaling and leading:

• A high-performing internal engineering organization, and 
• A modular, vendor-driven technology ecosystem 

You will also lead the design and development of new products from scratch, combining internal engineering capabilities with third-party platforms to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining long-term control over core systems.

You will define and execute the company’s technology strategy across iGaming, trading, and fintech verticals—ensuring scalability, performance, regulatory compliance, and strong alignment with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Architecture

• Define and execute a scalable, API-first platform strategy across all verticals 
• Design and own a modular, integration-driven architecture connecting third-party systems and internal services 
• Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience across all platforms 

Engineering Leadership & Delivery

• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing engineering organization (backend, platform, DevOps, data, integrations) 
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery, from architecture through to production and iteration 
• Establish development processes, release cycles, and quality standards 
• Drive engineering velocity, reliability, and accountability 

Product Build & Platform Ownership 

• Lead the design and development of new products from scratch across iGaming, fintech, and trading verticals 
• Define what is built in-house vs integrated via third-party platforms 
• Ensure scalable, future-proof foundations for all new products 
• Balance speed (via vendors) with long-term ownership (via internal systems)

Vendor & Platform Ecosystem

• Own the vendor landscape, including gaming providers, aggregators, payment systems, trading platforms, CRM, and KYC/AML tools 
• Evaluate, select, and negotiate vendors based on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency 
• Optimize build vs buy decisions to balance speed, control, and margin 

Platform Integration & Ecosystem Delivery

• Own the integration and delivery of all platform components into a unified ecosystem 
• Ensure seamless interoperability between internal systems and third-party platforms 
• Drive consistency, reliability, and performance across all integrations 
• Partner with product and commercial teams to align platform capabilities with business goals 
• Ensure a seamless user experience across brands, products, and markets 

Security, Compliance & Risk

• Own system security, infrastructure resilience, and data integrity 
• Ensure compliance across regulated markets (iGaming, CFDs, brokerage) 
• Manage operational and vendor-related risk 

Data & Performance

• Establish scalable data pipelines and real-time reporting infrastructure 
• Enable data-driven decision-making across trading, gaming, and marketing 
• Ensure tracking accuracy and performance visibility across all systems 

Team & Leadership

• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing engineering organization across backend, platform, DevOps, data, and integrations
• Define team structure, hiring strategy, and leadership layer as the organization scales
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership, quality, and delivery
• Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as CTO / Head of Technology in iGaming, fintech, trading, or multi-brand platform environments of at least 5-7 years
• Strong track record of building products from scratch and scaling engineering teams 
• Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems alongside internal development 
• Deep expertise in API-driven architecture, integrations, and distributed systems 
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments (iGaming, CFDs, brokerage) 
• Strong understanding of iGaming platform components (PAM, aggregators, wallets, bonus engines, CRM) 
• Commercial mindset with ability to optimize technology for growth, performance, and cost efficiency
