We are seeking a skilled Node.js  Developer to contribute to our innovative projects.

Our main requirements are:

• Experience in hands-on programming 3+ years
• Experience with Node.js (Vanilla/Typescript) 
• Experience with NestJS also and/or NextJS and/or Express
• Strong creating with SQL/NoSQL databases efficient design from scratch as well as performing optimizations
• Strong knowledge of Computer Science: data types, data structures, algorithms
• Being proficient working on modern tech stack: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC (e.g. Terraform), Ansible, etc.
• Having a wide strong background working with AWS (smth beyond EC2 and S3)
• Understanding and applying software design principles
• Experience designing software systems (distributed, high availability, resilient)
• Comfortable working with Agile and Design Thinking (however understanding that pure Agile is a myth)
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 and higher)

Will be considered as a plus:

• Experience with Python
• Experience with modern SPA frameworks like React/Vue.js/Angular
• Experience writing technical documents, tracking technical debt, understanding refactoring, etc.
• Experience working with AI libraries and/or 3rd parties like chatGPT, Claude, Gemini

Technical requirements:
- Good understanding of DevOps philosophy and practices
- Good Coding\scripting abilities
- Good understanding of continuous integration and delivery concepts and practices
- Good understanding of service discovery concepts
- Good understanding of distributed monitoring, instrumentation, metrics and tracing
- Working understanding of centralized logging methods and solutions
- Proven experience and good understanding of the meaning of 24/7 production environments
- Experience with building complex distributed systems, in terms of reliability, uptime, performance, capacity planning and automation
- Proven hands on, expert level experience with AWS
- Proven hands on experience with GCP and\or Azure
- Proven hands on experience and good understanding of containers, using containers in development, deploying and managing containers in production
- Excellent system administration skills (Linux, windows, networking, security)
- Understanding and working experience with SQL, NoSQL and timeseries databases

- Proven hands on, experience with Github Actions Workflow

- Understanding and working experience with IaC

Will be a plus:
- Proven hands on experience with Kubernetes
- Understanding of message queuing concepts and solutions

- Working experience with indexing engines (Elasticsearch\Solr)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and execution. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive task clarity by ensuring work is broken into fine-grained, well-structured tickets
• Enforce planning and estimation frameworks that improve accuracy and reduce surprises
• Educate engineers on our standards for ticket writing, acceptance criteria, and QA
• Ensure coverage of end-to-end testing and quality guardrails for every major release
• Build rituals (standups,  planning, retros) that scale with the team—not slow it down
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape our roadmap cadence
• Serve as the connective tissue across functions to keep cross-functional efforts on track

Requirements (Must Haves)

• 2+ years of commercial experience managing multiple software development projects
• Technical background
• Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and sprint planning
• Proven ability to create clarity and momentum in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong command of project management tools like Linear, Jira, Shortcut, or Asana
• Track record of building systems that helped teams scale without slowing down
• Prior experience working closely with engineers
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 and better)

Nice to Haves

• AI Workflow creation (Ex: N8N)
• Automation creation (Ex: Zapier and make.com)
• Hands-on experience defining or managing QA/testing standards
• Familiarity with SLAs and software delivery workflows
• History of coaching engineers and product managers on process maturity
