Snowball Money: Project Manager Job Description (web3/crypto experience is must have experience) 
 

About Us: Snowball is a fast-growing Web3 startup based in San Francisco and Kyiv, on a mission to make investing in cryptocurrency simple and accessible for everyone. Our flagship products: the Snowball Wallet, a powerful multichain crypto wallet, and Modular Name Service (MNS), a game-changing identity system, are helping people connect, manage, and grow their crypto assets across multiple blockchains.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Drive the product roadmap and delivery for our product development efforts, ensuring that we are meeting our product vision, roadmap timelines, and budget.
• Create and maintain product plans, including product schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and scope, and ensure that our development efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Manage project resources, including staff and external vendors, to ensure that we are meeting our project needs and objectives.
• Facilitate product and project meetings and communication to ensure that all team members are aware of product and project status, risks, and issues.
• Monitor product and project progress and identify and manage risks and issues that could impact product and project success.
• Implement product management best practices and processes to enable efficient and effective product delivery and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain project management best practices and processes that can be used across the organization.
• Ensure project complies with company procedures
   

Requirements:
 

• 2+ years of experience in product management and project management, preferably in a startup environment or in the technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies and practices.
• Experience with product management and project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering products and projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing and mentoring product and project team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate product and project risks and issues.
• Knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency culture and space is a plus.
